I have this horrible feeling that Toronto is going to hit 10+ threes and shoot over 50%. Let's hope I'm way off the mark.

Unless we get our running game going, we are screwed. Toronto lives and dies by the jumpshot though... so maybe man to man defense could work so we don't leave their shooters open

Kindly tell Thaddeus to stop looking at me like that. It is disturbing.

Also good how J.O. is laughing at Sam's fro and Brand and Bosh are about ready to go for each other's throats.

Good luck tonight guys. I think the Raps will come at the Sixers with focus tonight considering the let down against Boston on Monday. Sixers are not to be taken lightly when they're clicking.

I expect a 20 point loss unless Mo actually decides to be a coach for once

Its the sound you hear immediately before the steam starts coming out your ears.

Often experienced when watching the Sixers run their offense. Offensive" and "execution" are supposed to have positive connotations, right?

Yes, but in the case of the Sixers, the terms are mutually exclusive.

I don't know why, but I have a feeling we'll win tonight. Close game. Win by 1 in OT. Brand and Williams have big games.

That or we play well until mid-third quarter when we let the Raptors go on a 20-4 run and we lose by 11.

Maybe my gamethreads are bad luck. Anyone else want to try?

Good luck Philadelphia.

I hope you guys turn it around soon, just not tonight! ;)

So far our offense looks much better. They're making good passes and getting good shots, some just aren't falling (same with Toronto, though).

Well The Raptors have simply missed about 5 wide open threes already. One gripe I have with Thad this year is he is dribbling too much on the break. He doesn't have very good handle yet and needs to pass it on the break. We have to stop giving up open threes. Sooner or later Toronto will bury them.

i think after the Jazz game and the start tonight its safe to say Miller got his scoring touch back

the thing is that for team Miller will be better used as a distributing playmaker then a scorer

Brand was defended by Barnani(or what ever his name is) twice one on one in the post and could not score on him
those chances should be 2 easy points every time
