I'm as in the dark as anyone else, honestly. No reason has been given. I'm not sure if it was his call, or he was pushed. It's a mystery.

I didn't see this coming, and Levy has been in the press a fair amount recently, with his Gary Neville Overlap interview. I'll wait and see if there's any more news to come.

Personally i think he has wasted the potential of Tottenham for many years, it was criminal not to support better the young team that overachieved thanks to Pochettino. You can have 10 bad choices of coaches in a row but eventually the person choosing the wrong people need to change.
