and i didn't remember, rafa márquez is injured, so it's not sure if he'll participate in the game vs. the US in august

He played with Barca tonight. Jonathan Dos Santos looked great in the time I saw him. He could have got an assist if Bojan could finish a bit better.

it was his first game in 3 months! he only played 30 minutes. i just hope he has enough time to get back into game rythm and see how much time he will be able to play.

Márquez tore a muscle in his left calf and is expected to miss a couple weeks, meaning he's out for August 12th WCQ against the U.S.

U.S. roster expected to be released tomorrow.

big trouble for mexico, i'm worried about the capability of what could be the actual defense.

U.S. roster in the WCQ thread. 16 of the 20 players called up played in the Confederations Cup.

The other 4 played in the Gold Cup(Cherundolo in the group stages, Holden, Marshall, and Ching played the whole tournament).

Nedved could end up playing in the MLS( he told a newspaper that's an option). That would be very cool, i'd like to see him in Sounders uniform or roght next to Beckham and Donovan in La.

He's going to want a big contract which i dont think a MlS team would give him nor afford it.
