Germany will probably make it through as always but they'll have their hands full. Serbia and Ghana players are young and talented, they must be dying to show off their skills on the highest stage. and Australia has some experience with them.

i particularly think Serbia will turn some heads.

As a U.S. fan, I'm pleased with the draw. Doubt we'll beat England but the other 2 matches are potentially winnable. Looking at pots 3 and 4, could have been a lot worse.

Italy has a cakewalk.

Group G....wow. Group D is another hard group, E as well(Denmark won their group and Cameroon is strong and Japan is solid).

No doubt. They'll be favored against Nigeria(who I'm taking as a runner-up in B) and England won't be easy but they have the talent to turn it on.

I personally think Group A is the group of death with Group D a close 2nd, but that's just me.

We get to rewrite the tragedy that was our raping in '94. We get Argentina and Nigeria again with South Korea being this campaign's Bulgaria.
Argentina is probably the weakest team in Pot 1, but Nigeria isn't a cakewalk and I have no clue what to expect from the Koreans.
Good news for us is we don't play Argentina until the last group game.
I just want to score a goal, then get a point, then maybe a win, and then we'll talk about moving on to the knockout stage.

The Netherlands' group should be fun to watch as well.

Why is everybody saying that Slovenija is the weakest of European nations?
Slovenia had beaten Slovakia twice, but yet they are worse than them.

Slovenia is a good team, but we don't really know much about them.
Hopefully team USA will not underestimate them.

I guess Slovenija vs USA match will be an interestin one.. Both teams fight, as they are not skilled as some others, but they bring that back in with hustle..

and almost beat Portugal at quarterfinals. but yea, this group is too much for them, any other group i could have see them doing some damage.

i think only reason Slovenia isn't given much of a chance is because none of their players are known. much like Turkey back in 02, except Turkish domestic league was/is much better than Slovenia's.

They mixed Slovenia and Slovakia and put Slovakian team and their "stars" in your group.

Dont underestimate Slovenian team.. You won a friendly against us only because of Rooneys acting
