Benzema was deadly last year under Mourinhio, to me he was Real's 3rd best player after Ronaldo and Casillias, he has speed, power, technique and high quality shot, he does lack consistency, it took him a great manager like Mourinho to find his niche again. Neymar is unknown, he didn't give a great season in high level competition like Benzema, but potential wise, he takes the cake I guess.

I would probably go with Neymar. Just because of potential. Benzema is a really good player, though.

They're apart 5 years. Of course its Neymar. Better quest is Balotelli vs Benzema, Destro vs Bojan, or something like that
