Yesterday, everybody said they were on decline because of poor performances against Milan 1st leg and Real twice.
Today, they beat a Milan team that pissed their pants and all of a sudden they are the best team in history again?

You didn't hear that from me and even if Barca were eliminated and they never won another title with these players, how they played and what they achieved over the last 4 years or so gets them in the conversation as the best team in history.

I just went and looked up my post from before these pairings were announced. I posted this on Dec. 5th.

I am jumping on the Yilmaz band wagon. He is the truth.

Having said that, I wouldn't be talking all that smack after beating Schalke Massimo. You might just draw Dortmund or even worse Bayern and get absolutely obliterated. You have to admit that Gala got by far the easiest draw in the second round and neither team really deserved to be in the top 8

schalke topped a group that included an amazing arsenal team, i wouldnt sell them short. oh i am sure they imploded afterwards, were out of form, and everyone should shed a tear for them etc but they've beaten dortmund couple days ago and certainly werent playing half bad recently

Happy for Galatasaray fans here, but they have to hope for Malaga/Porto. Everyone else would abuse that defense.

No offence to Gooners here, but I don't think even Arsenal fans think they are amazing 8-)
But yeah, no need to discount what Galatasaray's achieved. Perhaps there were slightly lucky with the draws, but you do need luck in this competition. If you get it, good for you.

i would say gala would have a long shot at dortmund and psg, defense is bad but one thing terim is good at motivating and pumping his team in elmination games. he has gotten results with lesser talent before.

No offense taken ;)

I think the only people who have described this team as amazing are the Gala fans
