I don't think I'm really understanding CGF's formation but it reminds me of a more positive minded version of Spalletti's Roma, which was one of my favorite teams. Foye's team looks totally unbalanced with Modric playing so high. I'd move Luiz into defense, play Gotze as #10 and pick a proper wide player but the talent level wins for nmabdi & Foye here.

Massimo's team looks pretty lopsided as well with Wilshere playing much higher than he'd be comfortable with, I'd play Shaqiri in Wilshere's palce, move Wilshere back into CM and move MElo to the bench.

Modric isn't playing high. He is basically playing the #8 since I'm parking the bus.
There is no such thing as a #10 in my park the bus formation.




Those are non park the bus formations I'll use depending on matchups.

I think that first formation is your scariest. But I have issues with parking the bus because it invites a lot of trouble against teams who can combine in tight spaces like many of our super teams. And I relegates the game to one of luck. That first formation also has the benefit of moving Luiz into sakho's place in the backline which strengthens you there. You can still defend deeply and counter, but you can also press a little further away to keep from handing teams chance after chance in dangerous areas to trick their way into a goal or two and force your team to completely change gears to chase the game.
