You don't watch the Bundesliga or Bayern. This is a perfectly legitimate discussion at the moment.

I still say Neur, but it's close. Non-bundesliga watchers think he's still in wc/last season's form and its not true.

Are you kidding? Your post looks like a major troll attempt, at least Masimo-level. Neuer is stelar this season, he literally made not one mistake which ended in a goal this season.

Anyhow, the problem with your claim is, that Neuer conceded so less goals that we literally can check them one by one. Are you not aware that the Internet exists and you can check everything?

Bundesliga four goals conceded.

Champions League four goals conceded. One penalty, two goals against a Bayern team with 10 players.

Where do you see his mistakes? Haha that are literally only seven conceded goals in two tournaments.

And here I just randomly picked a couple of highlights from reddit's game threads.

...

And than I got bored and stopped, but you will find a lot more just for this season.

And for sure, he benefits from Bayern's defense, but on the other hand Bayern is playing a ridiculous high (defensive) line. For example take a look at this picture from a corner:

To put your trolling into perspective: At the World cup he had a shot-stopping rate of 85%. In the current campaign he has 91% of shoots saved. Can you tell me what cliff you mean? Neither eye-test not statistics support your wrong claim.

And if people say, that Neuer is overrated I honestly do think that they mean he is annoying. Just because there is so much talk about him.

But we are witnessing one of the best goalies ever.

Calm down, man, I'm not trolling you, christ. Read what I wrote again, it was pretty fair, I said he's still the best goalie in the world, but the Bundesliga competition has been way worse this year, he doesn't have to make as many quality saves at all. And all I meant by mistakes is that he's gone a but too far out/made some minor errors at times. He's not godly atm. As I said, I just think it's closer than people say, you don't have to agree...

I personally find Lloris somewhat overrated, but then again I know people who legit think Lloris is top 2 in the world.

That's a better conversation and i'd take Lloris all day. Sweeper keepers are very valuable when your back 4 isn't worth 300m euros, and I think they're roughly equal as pure shot stoppers anyway. Lloris is a phenomenal distributor as well, but I admittedly have not paid much attention to De Gay's passing.

Nice post, I know I had asked this in a topic earlier this season but (even though you're a Tottenham fan) would you take Lloris or Courtois?

It's hard to say, but I might go Courtois just because he seems a bit more consistent, doesn't make the risky sweeper keeper plays Lloris done and hasn't been as prone to stupid errors as Hugo has this year (they don't happen often, but god he's made some dumb **** ups this year).
