Because Spurs fans only have one possible expectation and a low chance of it actually happening. You're guaranteed to not be relegated, the Europa league is a fairly worthless consolation prize but you're not good enough for the top 4. If you do happen to find a player good enough to push you into the top 4 or to threaten, someone's gonna come along and buy him almost immediately and you'll try to replace him but it'll be more of an annoyance rather than anything else because you don't need the money, you already have it. You're not expected to beat the Uniteds and Chelseas of the world but you have to because otherwise you're just strolling on that top 6 treadmill again.
Whereas with Palace there's a slight chance you could be relegated so you're hoping that doesn't happen, the Europa league would be a pretty big achievement for a club like that, if one of your players steps up and a bigger club buys him then you have all the excitement of spending more money than usual in the next transfer window. You're not expecting to beat the Uniteds and Chelseas of the world but if you do it's a huge deal. It just sounds a lot more fun supporting a decent mid table team with potential than a team too good for the mid table but not good enough for the top 4.

It's a shame, because when we were actually pretty damn good a few years ago, fate conspired against us and Chelsea pulled a miraculous albatross out of their hat to win the CL and cost us our spot despite being **** all season. Don't think the club or the fans have recovered from that, tbh. Of course, we should've sealed the deal ourselves with that big deficit, but other factors were at play there.
Being a Spurs fan is unending futility and heartbreak.

I'd say Palace, we've already got enough Chelsea and Spurs fans here might as well broaden the horizon
Plus, Palace actually looks like a decent team this year, and you can never go wrong with Pardiola

So who hates truth and voted for Sunderland?
Tottenham seems like a smart choice for me. It's a big club that will get bigger after moving to the new stadium. But until then, WHL probably has the worst camera angle in the PL now that QPR have gone back down

I voted Sunderland because Chelsea and Spurs hell no, and would you really want to root for a team that has the initials CP? It looks like teams are playing child porn

Lolwut? That's reaching
Why do you hate Palace?
Definitely leaning towards them. Love the 2015 kits and general history of the team.

You should also follow Colombia as a national team since poor T&T doesn't get to go to the WC
