Almiron has been sold to Fiorentina. I like him a hell of a lot more than Tiago and wish he had more of a chance while he was here.
Manninger was signed to be backup keeper. he's good in case..God forbid..buffon gets hurt.

they have a friendly at old trafford tomorrow vs Man Utd

who in manninger? i saw the transfer but have no clue. didn't juve also signed another GK last week, i don't remember his name but i don't know if he was udinese's GK some years ago.

and i also liked almirón a lot, i really don't know why he stoped playing last season even before sissoko was transfered to juve.

Almiron on loan to Viola i think .
Manninger is a good goalie , played for Arsenal back in the Seamen era , last played in Siena . He's good .

The other goalie they got is Chimenti. He was backup for us about three years ago. He is horrible, i don't understand how he could even be a backup in serie A, and I'm glad we realized that he could not be our second string. The funny thing is we loaned Belardi to Udinese and they loaned Chimenti to us....it doesn't really make sense at all lol.

and yea you are right Almiron is on loan

chimenti! that's right!!!

and well, when you have buffon you shouldn't worry about backup. what juve should start looking is for young GKs for when buffon thinks about retiring in about 3-4 years.

Manninger was a really good keeper for Siena, Juventus got a nice sub. for Buffon, i still remember some Siena-Inter games when Inter didn't score thanks to him.

Juventus need some creativity in the midfield, but they will probably use this young guy, Giovinico, in the mid, in Nedved place probably.

juve beat artmedia 4-0 in the first leg of champions league qualification.
Camoranesi scored first, then Del Piero with a sick shot, Chiellini with a header off a free kick, and Legrottaglie also a header off a corner in the last minutes.

Hope Atletico MAdrid can beat Shalke , so we can be a second seed . Now we are in the 3rd seed ,because of low rating .

I'am surprised Schalke04 is in the second seed in CL, i thought they would be 3 or 4, years ago Werder Bremen was 3 and they are better team.

Very nice start of the CL season although the competition wasn't exactly top notch.

Chiellini sprained his knee against Milan. Hopefully it's not serious. Easily my favorite player (him and Del Piero).
