To be honest, Wolfsburg is nowhere near a CL team without De Bruyne and they would get smashed in group stage. That late in August it is also pretty difficult to get quality players. Not even talking about the disadvantages in joining a team at this point of the season and not weeks earlier, especially when we are talking about replacing a guy who was the heart and soul of the team.

Plus they'll be forced to pay even higher moon prices if teams know they just cashed in on de Bruyne.

Their best bet is to go shopping in winter (when they actually have a chance to get quality players unlike in summer) and then sell de Bruyne next summer.

But seriously, it's not gonna happen anyway.

Nobody said it would stop him. And besides, it's not like Mourinho's ever held off on doing something on account of him looking like a turd in the process. But you're right, unless Pogba himself expresses interest in leaving, I don't think Juventus have any reason to sell even with the crazy rumoured offers. Doubtful a deal will happen this summer, but we'll see.

yea it's the same with Vidal. Dude won a trophy with Chile and came back [drunk] wanting to go to a team that was more likely to win CL. We never would have sold him if he didn't say he wanted to go

Chelsea is a step up from Juventus. More money, playing for the best manager in te world, PL is miles ahead of Serie A when you look at exposure and attention(something that Pogba and his agent Raiola seem to love). London >>>> Turin as well.

If it was July it might have happened but it wont now because it's too late in the window.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

It's evident that Pogba really cares seeing as how he left United when they were on top with Sir Alex as coach.

So is Benzema actually coming to Arsenal or not? If you google his name, you get dozens of news items saying he's headed to Arsenal.

Unless it's coming from a BBC journo or the Guardian, who usually pick up on stories that have traction, it's best to dismiss it as back page fluff. There might be something there though, who knows.

With the way Benitez talks about Benz I'd assume he's part of the squad this year. But Real refusing to come out and shoot down the rumors like BVB did with the Auba to Arsenal stuff, makes me wonder if they're not still trying to work out a move for Aguero that would let them sell Benz without having to rely solely on CR7 and Bale up front.

Looks like Wanyama wants to leave Southampton.

Could be an opportunity for Spurs to get our much coveted CM.

He's a very good player. Spurs could use him.

If he leaves and maybe Mane, too, Southampton will have a very mediocre season.

Wanyama is quite good, would be a good get and an upgrade over the trash fire we currently have.

Spurs have apparently sealed a deal for Yannick Bolaise. That's right you ****, Bolaise spurned minnows Real Madrid, Man City and Chelsea to sign for the almighty Spurs. SUCK IT. TOttenham is back baby! COME ON YOU MAYONNAISE!!!

Ok maybe those teams didn't offer for him - but still WOOOOO. In all seriousness...I actually like Bolaise. He's like Townsend's final form.

Good young CB that gained experience at Celtic last season. Still needs more seasoning and better competition then Scottish Premier Leauge.
Though, his name's actually Denayer. ;)
