This was intense game. I didn’t think we would have a game like this after the first half.
Mbappe has many years left. This is Messi’s last. What a way to finish his international game.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

we aint gonna see another one like him in a while

He might have to leave PSG to win some CLs.

France would have won in extra time if in end that french player had not shot the ball at the goalie and instead pass it to Mbappe who was open

You just knew when it went to penalties that Argentina were winning it. Emi Martinez plays mind games all the time when it comes to shootouts and it worked.

I thought Dybala was going to miss for sure and it was the worst penalty on goal I can remember but somehow Lloris didn’t save it.

Eh Argentina had great chances, too.

That's why you play.

What a match for the ages.

Also, proud that Argentina didn't need your reverse-jinx (very OP imo) to win this one

Congrats to Argentina and Argentinos, they deserved the win considering how crappy that french team played for 75 first minutes.

rest of the game was crazy, but you have to be ready at first minute.

Argentina was much better until last 20 minutes or so, then France in just 2 arrivals 2 goals. This is very Real Madrid like, playing much worse but somehow tying or winning.
