So everything Roma touched has turned into gold. Would they be interested in loaning Anderson for a few months?

Fernando Llorente is a hell of a player

...
in other news:
Ricky Kaka and Christian Abbiati met with 300 angry Milan fans who blocked the San Siro exits after a draw with Genoa.

The 1-1 result against a team that played with 10 men for an hour sparked a furious protest, as the ultras had already shown some insulting banners during the game.

The situation deteriorated after the final whistle, as ultras and police blocked off the exits to the stadium, keeping the players and therefore also the visiting Genoa fans inside.

Among the chants from angry supporters they called out ‘Shame on you,’ ‘We’re waiting for you with sticks’ and ‘These brats don’t know what sacrifice is. Their bank accounts are full while people like us work for them.’

After Mario Balotelli reportedly tried to walk out to the gate to meet with ultras and was stopped by police, Kaka and Abbiati were allowed out for a face-to-face discussion.

They promised to put in more effort and to curb the attitude of some players who fans accused of staying out late at night.

Following this meeting, the ultras dissipated and allowed the team buses to leave the stadium after midnight.

Roma vs Cagliari ends 0-0 making it Roma's third draw in a row. They could use old man Totti, who is scheduled to return to action in a couple weeks...they still have yet to lose though

Of course they will. Far and away the best team in Serie A. They absolutely wiped the floor with Napoli before the NT break. Baring injuries of key players everyone else is competing for 2nd place.

Juve were just a bit rusty at the start coming off a very good 12/13 season.

Roma draw again. Juve currently level, too.

Good results for Napoli.

Juventus... the only club with a youth system for both players AND Ultras.
http://football-italia.net/42421/young- ... -earn-fine
The Giudice Sportivo have fined Juventus €5,000 after their young fans abused Udinese’s Zeljko Brkic on Sunday.

Ultras were banned from the Curva Nord and Curva Sud for Sunday’s win over the Zebrette following discriminatory chants during the match with Napoli earlier in the season. As such, the Bianconeri offered free tickets to young fans for this weekend.

However, those supporters were heard shouting abuse at the opposition goalkeeper, and as such, have seen the Bianconeri fined €5,000.

Giuseppe Rossi is playing as good as anyone right now. If he were in the EPL on any team or Real/Barca/Bayern, he would be in the discussion for best forward in the world current form. 13 goals in Serie A so far.

yesterday:
Napoli 4 - 2 Inter ... Mazzarri loses to his old squad; he received a mixture of boos and cheers from Napoli fans

today:
Milan - Roma ... Roma need to win to get back to 3 pts behind Juve. Totti is cleared to play again and will be available off the bench

The best part was Zapata accidentally scoring.

The Zapata goal was funny..and he's been a solid center back for them this season but nothing spectacular outta him

I wish Mario scored at the end there. He did great to get himself into scoring position can't believe he missed....... He was sporting cleats with some of his strangest newspaper articles:
