New Spain era will begins sooner than later. Guys like thiago, koke, isco, maybe gaya will become first team regulars and start weeding out old players.

Gaya wont, Alba isnt going anywhere any soon. Koke, Isco, De Gea, are not even near to be on par to what Xavi, Iniesta, Casillas were in 2008-12 and to top it we have a senile National team coach.
Things are not looking well.

Yeah, I agree 100% and even go as far as to say those comparisons are insulting (and Isco/De Gea are two of my favorite players). That Spain team was really special, and I hated them. Just an amazing squad though. Ridiculous raw talent.

Can't see them doing that well in the next three/four years.

The u23 kids are good. They won a ton of titles together and have all that you need for the new Spain to rise.

The core of Thiago-Koke-Isco is strong...Euro 2016 might not be the tournament, but world cup 2018 they should be one of the favorites than and even euro 2016 Spain is at least top 4-5 ( France, Germany, Spain and Italy).

Thiago will be the new captain of Spain for the new era after Del Bosque.

Lol, thiago is always injured and does not play that regulary, sadly the BETTER bro decided to play for brazil.
Isco will end up being eating alive by Florentinos mad policy of " only superstars".
Koke, may develop into something, as Oliver or gaya MAY do.
But there are lots of other Young players that " could " be something that are being rotten by real and Barcelona wither in the bench or on loans where they dont play, Delofeu, Dennis Suarez, Jese, Bartra, Nacho etc etc.

And the direct comparison from the 2010 Roster to the posible 2016 Roster is just :nonono:

2010 vs 2016

Casillas > Casillas 16
Pique > Pique16
Iniesta > Iniesta16
Cesc = Cesc 16
Mata = Mata16
Ramos > Ramos 16
Busquets> Busquets 16
Pedro > Pedro 16
Llorente > Llorente 16
Javi Martínez> Javi Martínez 16
Silva= Silva 16
Navas= Navas 16

2010= 8
Ties= 4
2016= 0

Then the probable new faces to replace old faces

Valdes = De gea
Reina > Moya
Albiol> Azpilicueta
Marchena > Camacho
Puyol>Bartra
Villa >Mata
Xavi > isco
Torres> Alcacer
Capdevila = Beñat
Xavi Alonso = Koke
Arbeloa < Juanfran

2010 = 7
tie= 3
2016 = 1

Total
15 players were better in the 2010 roster
7 were similar
only 1 player is better............... and it actually doesnt matter cause the 2010 one was a back up and the 2016 will start.

Another kid with no background on where the numbers were derived from...

Ozil donated his whole world cup pay check to 23 brazilian kids and more.... So, 600k was donated to brazilian children last summer...

Better bro, hahaha. No one in the world thinks Rafinha is better than Thiago.

Thiago-Koke-Isco is the most talented midfield in the world. I really like France, but France needs Ribery at his peak to perform and win titles...

So, that leaves Germany. Lahm has retired and Bastian has declined quite a bit. THey play howedes at leftback as well.

Spain has a ton of yount talent in their ranks. Probably the most in europe.

No background? I probably watched soccer matches 20x times more than you , have seen 50x more stadiums, attended world cup final, euro cup final, cl final, uefa final many times, have seen 78 different stadiums all over the world, have seen in the stadium matches such as manu-arsenal, rangers celtic, boca river, barcelona real 3 times, galatasaray fenerbahce, bayern munich dortmund twice, psg marseille, juve acmilan, ac milan inter milan.

If you call this no background, then you should be banned from getting oxygen in this world.

So good to see Barcelona get rattled. Some of their own medicine for once.

Love Bilbao.

Jessica Alba has gone to more Laker games than most of the posters on realgm. By your logic, she should have the most basketball/laker background.....

Like I said, barca was lucky to win the treble last season. Their team is really not anywhere near the Pep team in terms of overall quality...

People have them as favs for UCL are in for a shock....

Actually they should not be anybodys favorite
There have been 0 back to backs since the group stage CL started.
Not to mention only Forest and MILan managed to do so in the last 40 years .
