As a Lautern fan,

We cannot even beat Cottbus on the road, and now you assume we can beat Bayern?

We could play with 15 ppl and still lose 0:3.
Not really.
Still, we couldn't even beat Braunschweig and yet we won at Dortmund.
Though, I expect Bayern to go through, as they certainly want to win another cup during Guardiola's first season.
BTW: There are currently rumores, again, that Xherdan Shaqiri will sign a contract extension at Bayern and be loaned to Gladbach for the next two seasons.
In weeks past, both Shaqiri and Eberl(Gladbach's manager) denied it but a pretty reliable source(Torfabrik, a Gladbach fan page that is close to the club and only writes stuff when there's something to it) has stated that it's something that Borussia is working on.
Getting Shaqiri and/or Drmic to replace Arrango would make that front four look very nice. With you already having snapped up Sommer, Hahn and Johnson for like 8M, I'm very optimistic of what you guys will look like next year, especially if you do steal that final CL spot and the funds that come with qualifying for the group stage.
If Traore is also already in the loop all you need is a starting CB like Schar or Ginter, a wide forward who could replace Arrango and back up Kruse even better than Hahn can (which is why I mention Drmic), and this is lower priority but a better backup for Xhaka.
That would leave you well positioned to handle europe. With Kruse, Raffael, Herrmann and Drmic/Shaqiri starting there would be Hahn, Hrgota, Traore and Younes backing them up. Nordveit, Dahoud, Max and hopefully the new guy would back up Xhaka and Kramer, and Wendt/Johnson, Stranzl, Brouwers and Korb would back up Wendt/Johnson, Schar/Ginter, Dominguez and Jantschke on D.
Wonder how much is left in the kitty cause that's a good 15-20M more to spend, with only money for LdJ still to come. Fortunately you haven't yet spent all of the MAtS money and that'll cover a good third of the additional spending I'd like to see, LdJ is rumored to net another 5-6.5M, and then all of sudden we're taking about less money than was spent on any of the big three transfers in the summer of 2012. If they achieve 4th place they should be well positioned to make a good chunk of change, even after bolstering their depth so europe doesn't cost them in the league.
