Germany 3 WC, 3 EC
Italy 4 WC, 1 EC

yea looks like italy won the world cup more

And 6>5, so what?

After 2 WC group stage exits and a 0-4 to Spain in the EC final we can say the winning period is officially over. :rocking:

So you are saying that 2 EC are worth more than 1 WC? Ok.

I imagine he never represents Uruguay again, and has a 2-year club ban. He's now bitten people three times, which means it's actually a player health issue whenever Suarez is on the pitch.

How weird do you have to be to bite somebody? And he's done it 2 other times before. Wtf...

Chiellini on the game:

It was absolutely shameful. The game was decided by the referee and if one team should’ve gone through it was us. Sending Marchisio off and not carding Suarez was decisive. There were other incidents and a different treatment in the first half too.

As long as we had 11 men, we were in control and Uruguay were never dangerous. Obviously with 10 men in the last half-hour it was tough and we suffered, then were punished by a set play.

Suarez is a sneak and he gets away with it because FIFA want their stars to play in the World Cup. I’d love to see if they have the courage to use video evidence against him. The referee saw the bite mark too, but he did nothing about it.

I am thoroughly enjoying this.

Suarez should get dqd from the tournament but I hope he doesn't. The guy does whatever it takes to win.
His personality is hilarious.

I was a big fan of Suarez ever since he wore the jerseys of FC Groningen and especially Ajax, and didn't turn on him after the first time he bit someone. I still can appreciate his talents, but I thought he had turned the corner after Bitegate 2.0. Guess I was wrong, I'm really disgusted by his behavior.

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

Suarez is too much of a player to get dequalified from the WC. He's half of Uruguay's offense, Fifa should not ban him because of this, maybe a simple suspension but just that.

The guy headbutted a ref at 16 when he showed him a red card, and people are turning on him now. He's always been insane.
