sure they could use him, especially if pogba departs. pjaca is very raw and pjanic cant play on the left. there have been plenty of occasions where allegri had to depend on players like morata, alex sandro and asamoah on wide left. morata is gone and other two are not good enough.

i wont believe it until no.20 confirms it though.

They use a left winger about 10% of the time. Alex Sandro and Pjaca is more than enough. If they buy him it will be because they intend to use him centrally as they had planned to last season, but their priority seems to be a holding player at the moment.

they played 6 total important games last year where they didnt have infinitely more talent than opposition. 2 games each against bayern, city and napoli, and in 5 of those games they used a left winger. they are the de facto champions of serie a, they are going to make transfers to win in europe, not to beat empoli and lazio.

Sandro is good enough to play where ever he wants :)

i dont like him that far up but even if you do, do you really want to be stuck with evra at left back? :)

Will he even be allowed to suit up in the UK, though?

Llorente to Swansea. So he finally came to the Premier League. He was linked to Spurs every summer for about 5 years, it was getting ridiculous. Does he have anything left in the tank?

He's not nearly as good as Neymar was at the same age but he seems like a really focused and hard working kid. I think he can be big time under Guardiola.

City also signed Marlos Moreno, who they'll surely loan, but how many wingers do they need?

He plays like Suarez.

Let's see if he can become nearly as good as him someday.

Wonder what it all means for Sterling. I mean, he was very mediocre last season. Remains to be seen how Pep will use him, if at all.

Aston Villa paying 15 mil. for a 30 y/o 2nd league player is probably the most outrageous signing this summer.

Same as Coman....

I think the starting lineup will be

Sterling-Aguero-Sane

Kdb/Silva-Gundogan
Fernandinho

Pep will probably have to decide if he wants Silva or KDB.

Looks like Pogba to United is finally done for 110m Euros, expected to rise to 120m with add-ons and such.

I suppose it was a matter of time, really.

Jese officially sold to PSG for €25M, best of luck to him in this new chapter in his career.
