Better than ever is still less than being in CL final 2020 with the last peak Neymar. Losing in the final is greater than if they lose against the next top team in semifinals.

They just look better(less superstars)than the last bad years of Mbappe, Neymar years. They looked good against a tired Liverpool but they looked horrible this game like the bad years before. Any team other than an inexperienced Aston Villa, these talented young players would be sent home from the competition.

yes I feel like they look better and also are better. Sure they made the final before but no one had any expectation of them beating Bayern in 2020. They had a fairly easy route to the final in a compromised format that year also. Even if they lose in the semis, with a good showing I'd put this team above the team that lost to Bayern in the final.

They went into the Villa game with a huge lead and got away with some complacency. Credit due for their first leg...scoring goals is important... and credit due for beating a "tired" Liverpool. I think all teams are tired or injury plagued at this stage of the season.

Yeah they have looked good this CL season so far and they deserve all the credit for how they outplayed Liverpool. Still the complacency they showed in this away game was very worrying. They are getting overrated as "favourites to win" because of their technical ability, the suprise of finally being good tactically as a team. I stil trust the defence, tactics of Inter, Arsenal more than them. Even Barcelona crazy attack is more dangerous. They are exciting to watch but slightly overrated.

My heart is racing.
Saka, I love you but that wasn't the time to try something like that.

Also, English VAR can learn something from this.

Inter with a quick equalizer.

then an excellent block from Dier....but Pavard scores off of the subsequent corner kick!

2-1 Inter

Bellingham isn't the player he thinks he is.

What a game by Odegaard by the way.
Completely controls the game.

I still feel it super unfortunate that Bayern had no Musiala along with the other defensive injuries

We got something good at Arsenal man , it's been a year where the club have made bad mistakes and it's also been unlucky but we are nearly there man. We get this attacking rebuild right...

3 Wars left man lol , we're way better against good teams then the sides that just sit in a block against us.

Looking fowrard to the SF's

I am hoping PSG do Arsenal and that's just because I can't stand Arteta...petty I know, but he's got more excuses than a politician. I think it will be an excellent 2 games though

Inter vs Barca will be interesting, but I expect Barca to prevail in that. Hope Inter pull out a great first game to really heap the pressure on though

Very interesting semifinals. Couldn't tell who is favorite now.

Barcelona is likely the favorite at this point. It's a toss-up between Arsenal and PSG to reach the final.

Arsenal vs. Barcelona would be nice, rematch of the 2006 final when Jens Lehmann got the red card.

With Ancelotti expected to leave, are we thinking Alonso will leave Bayer to manage Los Blancos?
