Cracking game to start the Rückrunde on Friday.

Guardiola's last game in Hamburg. Primetime. National television. German licence fee payers really getting something for their money.

I usually watch mainzer 05 matches when there is a break in the season. Especially europe league elimination game against greek relegation zone team was very good. Very competitive.

"Wenn ich irgendwo langweiligen Bundesliga-Fußball sehe, dann sehe ich ihn in München, wenn der FC Bayern gegen Darmstadt, Köln oder was weiß ich wen spielt", meint der 62-Jährige bei "Sky". "Die wollen ja alle gar nicht gewinnen, wenn sie in München aufspielen", glaubt Magath, der hinzufügt: "In England ist das anders."

If they had to play against Bayern every season then they would fear going to Munich in England as well.

They're not.
It's from a site that makes even the english tabloids blush and can't be taken seriousely at all.

We'd also known about that way longer given that Eberl would've run out of his office, over the parking space right to the training ground to make a Klinsmann dive, if that was ever real.

Really hope that Guardiola doesnt finish with a unbeaten record against HSV. His last game tonight in Hamburg.

But it's not been a happy hunting ground for Bayern traditionally. I think it's only been 3 or 4 wins for Bayern last decade and last season it finished 0-0. Bayern also got hammered 4-1 in Wolfsburg in the Rückrunde opening game 12 months ago.

Hamburg still didn't win a single home game against Bayern in the last 6 years.

Seems like we are about to sign Giulio Donati from Leverkusen.

Good move if true. Our backup RB position has been terrible for years now. Luckily, both Pospech and Brosinski were iron men rarely missing a game at all.
That should give us two starting caliber RBs now.

Rene Adler should make a comeback for the national team, though.

Thought it was an even game, that winning goal the plumber scored was just pure luck.

Team plays like dog poo and coach waits 70+ minutes before bringing in the best striker. SMH.
