Good start to the season for Hertha, but an awful start for the "force Werder to buy Davie Selke at all costs"-campaign at the same time. I have yet to decide which is more important to me.

Typical loss against Dormund for us.

Solid and even game but we didn't take that first chance and they did.
After that they were able to counter attack and scored two more.

Though, gotta admit that it wasn't all that great from us in the final third.
But that should get better with Thuram, Plea and Embolo back to fitness and Zakaria(back in team training) is also missed at those CM spots.

Whatever happens today...I will be happy already if Nebel makes his Bundesliga debut.

Not expecting to get a result at all.

Should‘ve been more like 7-1 today.

Need a coach that can actually show this team how to play as a collective unit. Beierlorzer isnt the one. Unfortunately, we will be stuck with him.

Whole team didn't show up to training yesterday due to the suspension of Adam Szalai.
Suddenly, there's a chance he will be gone.

On a more serious note. We are approaching Hamburg and Schalke levels of mismanagement in the club. Not a good sign.

Frankfurt up 2-0 and have always looked more in control in the first 45.

Schalke getting destroyed again...by Werder Bremen of all teams. Also, Kabak spit on a Werder player on the ground. Is this rock bottom? Can you go lower than that?

Question with Kabak is how do you punish someone who already plays for Schalke?

Nah, why would I? It's a mediocre team, they're not going to win every game.

Bauernopfer.
Schröder is still there.
Co-Coach is taking the head coach job.

Obviously, he (Lichte) was heavily involved in the work Schwarz and Beierlorzer did. Neither of them worked out for us as coaches. I don't know how you can even think about naming him as head coach. Expect nothing to change at all.

At the very least they could've chosen the U19/U17 coaches to be part of the staff who are actually doing quality work (and haven't been involved in the current mess) if you are too greedy to pay for a new coach.
Kinda sad to see these idiots running the club into the ground.

Edit: Unless of course he mystically turns into Hansi Flick haha.

Now we are selling one of our best players who has been in the club since the age of 9 to Wolfsburg of all teams.

Schröder really knows how to run this club into the ground. Hats off.

Well, when in doubt just play a derby against Cologne.

Pretty easy 3-1 win for us at Cologne in a game where most of the time it looked like a training session with us passing it for fun and also being the only reason Cologne even had two chances and scored a goal.

The only thing you could critize the team for is that it should've been five, six or seven for us.

BTW: New Schalke coach Baum(good luck with that job) got run over at Leipzig and luckily only lost 0-4 meaning that Schalke starts the season with three losses and a goal difference of 1-15.

6 hours left in the transfer window, we haven't addressed a single need (FBs, DMs, LW/RW) but increased our hopeless situation by selling Baku last week.
Even Bielefeld has a more competitive roster than we do.

Well done Schröder, well done.

Det I bought some Flatex stocks lately. Does that qualify me to be a Gladbach supporter?

This has been an extremely disappointing transfer window for Hertha. Selling a backup CB only to buy a more expensive one hours later is a fitting end. Just throwing money around without looking at the obvious issues the team has.

You could've had Alexander Hack for free.
I wouldve gone that far to give him a ride in a wheelbarrow from Mainz to Berlin for not having to witness his magic defending skills anymore.

At least you are not getting relegated.
Our roster is absolutely dreadful. No true winger except for 18 y/o Nebel.
FBs either don't want to be with the team (Aaron) or are barely 2nd league players (Brosinski, Mwene).
DM does not exist.

Hell...Stuttgart, Bremen and Bielefeld have better squads than we do.
