Lucky **** Belgians. Played like absolute trash for the duration of the game and still manage to win the game.

They're mentally as fragile as this year's Indiana Pacers team, I get the idea. Would like to see the 'golden generation' play an actual good side.

Lol reversed jynx.

This Belgium team is one of the most talented teams in the tournament. It's not about lack of anything. They just don't have the hunger - yet - to win it all. To make talent into goals, you gotta take risks. Belgium still doesn't take risks. Tons of lateral passing expresses that. They are more afraid to make mistakes than losing.

Yes, it'll be an interesting match-up to say the least.

Capello needs to ask himself how smart it was to react so late in the game. Dzagoev and Kerzhakov should've been in the game much earlier.

I question his decision making but his talent is just too much.

Hazard played good soccer for exact 4:12,63 minutes but still could manage to be the MOTM. :o

Yeah Belgium's build up play is ridiculously slow considering the talent they have. Too many back passes and long balls.

He needs to be more selfish if anything. He doesn't shoot enough. He was mostly invisible today and attempted too many dribbles, but there was barely any movement from his teammates, which made it so easy for Russia to defend.

Dont you think Belgium will be good against teams where they can play on the counter?

They play Argentina in the quarters, Germany/France in the semis.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

Yeah feels like whoever comes out the Germany group beats top 2 in this group but anything can happen in elimination game.

He needs to get more objective. Shoot more, pass more. Hold on to the ball less. This is what made Ronaldo make the leap for example.

Also, his positioning is a waste of talent. He should play in the center of the field more as a trequartista. A player with his talents should never play on the wings, he should have free role on the center and move around all field.
