Louis van Gaal will switch to 4-3-3 now that he has Di Maria.

Shame y'all didn't snap up Garay early and then grab Mussachio instead of rojo to fix up the backline cause I think it's wanting to shelter a crap defense that has van gaal using the back three. With proper cbs a midfield with di Maria in his hard running 8 spot with carrick holding and blind, Herrera and fletcher filling the other 8 spot and providing depth would do very well in the EPL.

Blind's agent confirms he'll be getting a starting role as a CM at United. That's a pretty big commitment and should put any further CM rumours (Vidal/Carvalho) to bed. Blind in behind Di Maria/Herrera in a 4-3-1-2?

Gotta assume Herrera will take some time to adapt to the EPL and a deeper role, rotating blind, carrick and Herrera in the spots alongside di Maria shouldn't be a problem at all.

FALCAO!!! biggest club in the world. Even if we were relegated players would love to play with us,

Yeah this one came out of nowhere. All of a sudden I'm a lot more optimistic, now we just need our summer signings to recover and we'll be a different team, at least personnel wise.

It is the same Falcao that chose Monaco just one season before (when he was not injured). Monaco must be one of the biggest clubs as well?

The big problem for United is atm the following: Rvp, Falcao, Mata, Rooney, di Maria are by far their best players. But there is no proper way they can fit in these players in the same side.

We are not in Champions league and he still chose us over Arsenal and Madrid

That wouldn't have been the case had Arsenal or (espcially) Madrid actually made an offer

I'm predicting that he'll be ahead of Benzema in Real's lineup by Christmas. Exactly what they need; a cherry picking striker. Chicarito is 1st class at that. Brings nothing else to the table.

If Van Persie is going be out for a while we can't let Welbeck leave even with the arrival of Falcao, especially if we're playing a 3-5-2 system. I like Wilson but he is not a reliable back-up atm, and who knows if Rooney/Falcao duo are going to remain healthy all season.

? That's exactly the opposite of what they need. They have enough goals coming from Ronnie, bale, Hamez and Kroos to not need to play a player who's useless outside of his goals. Welbeck would've had a better chance at actually taking benzema's job. Chicha is just going to play the joker role for real when they need to bring someone off of the bench to snag a goal, especially in league matches when some of the stars are being rested. But he has no chance of taking the starting job away from benzema.

Not a good answer, his wages are terrifying. Trust the system, he is getting paid the most money in the league and then some weekly.

Benzema and Chicarito are 2 different players. In a 3-3-4 Real formation, most of that attack up front is going to based on Ronaldo and Bale's runs. They are also generally a counter attacking team. Benzema has always had troubles keeping up with their pace, and the reality is he simply misses too many of the 2nd chances that come his way. Chicarito will be able to keep up with the speeds of Ronaldo & Bale, but also has that skill of being at the right place at the right time. That's his specialty. The rebounds coming from the saves just navigate towards him as if he's some magnet.

Don't get me wrong, he's not better than Benzema. Hernandez excels at not being the centre of attention but still providing goals in the right moments, while Benzema needs the offense to be more involved around him, which is ideal if he's the back-up.

I don't know how to say this but that's simply not correct. Real need more players who work hard for the stars , not more goal scorers who do nothing else. Benzema's passing, movement and capable pressing are a big part of the success Ronaldo and bale found, like Mandzukic for Robben and Ribery. A useless goal scorer would just clog things and put more of a burden on those stars, limiting their ability to shine, like when Bayern still had Gomez.

As a joker chicha will do exactly what you're describing and do it well, but that's exactly the opposite skillset to what they need from their striker. That's why I've never understood the Falcao to real rumors other than falcao's desire to go their and real's desire to buy every star on the market when a guy like Cavani would serve them much better should they decide to replace benzema next summer.
