Barcelona is likely the favorite at this point. It's a toss-up between Arsenal and PSG to reach the final.

Arsenal vs. Barcelona would be nice, rematch of the 2006 final when Jens Lehmann got the red card.

had a dream we get revenge

martinelli in behind their high line and their GK gets sent off

Completely controls the game.

He was the master of the game, so bold how he moved the ball around Madrid defenders, midfield like they weren't there. Second half specially , Saka's goal was mostly his movement. It seems he is himself again when he has Saka beside him.

Thuram must be mentioned. He's been excellent for Inter.

Merino assisted in both Arsenal goals and they were lovely weighted passes. Odegaard in the 2nd half was brilliant. Saliba is a beast despite the mistake. I wish we had Gabriel :( :(

Just read that Perez wants Klopp. But Klopp would make a fool of himself after he said he doesn't want to be a coach again. Xabi probably the most likely candidate, although he had a few games with dubious decisions this season.

If Xabi leaves, this could also have consequences for Wirtz' future in Leverkusen.

I love Klopp always but uh, going back on his statement to coach Madrid can't look more foolish than being the face of Red Bull's evil sporting empire.
It's time for 5 refs.

Anyone see Arteta's plea to the fans?

https://www.skysports.com/football/video/12606/13358265/mikel-arteta-sends-rallying-call-to-arsenal-fans-ahead-of-their-champions-league-semi-final-i-need-you

And then apparently, those fans were pretty subdued tonight against PSG.

In this game and the games against Liverpool Donnaruma finally showed why he's considerd such a great goalkeeper.
Unlucky not to get a draw in the end, but the first 30 minutes PSG were all over Arsenal.

No shame in losing against that team when they play like that.
But anything still is possible.

What game were you watching? If you want to say that, I can just as easily say the result should have been 0-3 to PSG. PSG were the better team, and deservedly, are leading.

You're correct, though, anything can happen in the second leg, especially if Arsenal grab the first goal.

Is there any doubt that Yamal is the best teenager ever? Going from Messi to this is unfair.

Rooney was an absolute menace as a teenager too, off the top of my head, but Yamal is levels clear.

Overall this has been the best CL campaign of recent years, particularly the knockout stages. I dont know if it has anything to do with the new format.
