Congatz to Barca.
They were the better team and should've been up by two before Morata tied it.

Also very happy for Mönchengladbach's own Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who's now a champions league winner.

Oh, and Barca should now were to send that extra money for winning the CL with ter Stegen. :P

Anyway, congratz to Barca. Best team won it. Sorry, for magik. Keep your head up. Juve at least made it an exciting game.

It was a great match. Sucks that Juve conceded such an early goal but I couldn't be more proud of my squad.
My problems with the ref were that Barca was going down very easy in the first 20 minutes especially, and then Pogba got fouled blatantly just outside the box, it would have been perfect for a Pirlo fk. Obviously Barcelona was the better team but we held our own.

repeating definitely has some luck to do with it. Anything from being healthy to being fit at the right time can make a difference. I wonder if Luis Enrique will come back. For now though im just going to enjoy the win.

You just won the treble and bring up another team? What a small club.

Reminds me of Red Sox fans. Went to a Angels-Red Sox game at Anaheim Stadium and the Red Sox fans started chanting 'Yankees Suck' after one of their players hit a home run.

The Sox fans that go to physical games are usually terrible and embarrass me by association.

lmaoooo dude stfu. Only one team made the month of April in Europe from Germany. Italy had 3 despite the fact Serie A teams have been at its worst form. You are embarrassing yourself in front of people.

Making the month of April in EL is like making the month of Febuary in CL at best. So whatever. But that's not even the point.
Serie A had a good year. I'm not doubting it.

The point is Juve couldn't do it when it mattered. And you have emphasized for years here that Italian teams always produce when it matters. Just like in 2012 when Italy got destroyed in the final.

I do hate Wilshere a lot, but it'd be more galling if it was one of Arsenal's good players. Knowing how insignificant he is to any success they have somewhat negates its impact. He's a cheerleader at best. It's like if Vermaelen was yelling about Madrid and taking credit for Barcelona's treble.

The most Arsenal related anger I suffered this week was felt upon switching the TV on and seeing Lewis Hamilton playing football with Henry, Ray Parlour and Paul Merson on Sky Sports. The world suddenly made more sense when I found out Hamilton is an Arsenal fan.

German teams are much better final teams than the Italian ones, that's for sure.

Even in the lost finals. Bayern dominated all the CL finals they played, specially in 1999 and 2012. Germany dominated Brazil in the 2002 WC final and got robbed in 1966. Schalke and Dortmund won European finals in the 90s as massive underdogs etc.

Imagine losing 0-4 and 1-4 in WC/Euro finals.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

I think you're splitting hairs a bit, there. I don't think Italians particularly care if Germans are better final teams given that they've won more than German clubs and have been in more finals to begin with.

Germany more succesfull if we're talking about the NT. I would say that Bayern are a bigger than any Italian club.

Vermaelen is GOAT. 1 game, 3 trophies. Thats the dream.

You are so great at making me laugh dude. Seriously tell me the brand of what you are smoking. I wanna get the same level.

Italians are the best at final because they can actually defend well. If you tell me, Germans are better group stages, I can somewhat understand that. But when it comes to one leg or two legs games, Italians are the best.

Bayern is bigger than any Italian Club?

Bayern won CL 5 times, AC Milan won 7 times. Inter won 3 times. Juve won 2 times.

Italians were at the finals 22 times and won it 12 times.
Germans were at the finals 17 times and won it 7 times.

So yeah Germans are better in finals.
