Winter tactically outperformed Bruce Arena last night. Pure class!

The formation he put out there, slotting Soolsma in the starting lineup, his sub patterns (outside the Plata sub, which I understood after Julian was taken out) and pushing Frings to CM while dropping 4 back to play a fluid 4-3-3 from the 60th was a thing of beauty.

TFC will host the first leg in the last week of March at BMO field.

BTW, special shoutout to Landon Donovan for blowing those kisses at the Dome and giving us the inspiration we needed for this one. The golden boy of US soccer goes down with the rest of them!

I hope to see you guys in the MLS thread this season for games.

Should be an exciting season, at least I hope so. The first two games do not reflect well on TFC but I still think we are playoff bound this year.
