180M for M'Bappé to Real Madrid is huge ! If he comes, one of the BBC has to leave ! Ronaldo stays, Benzema is about to resign, Bale ... we dont know but Zidane said today he doesnt want big changes in his team so Kyllian will stay in Monaco this year probably !
Just saw the french community shield between PSG and Monaco, and thats what it seems in his attitude. One yr before the World Cup, he doesnt want to take the risk to change everything and get lost just as Martial is now (left Monaco to Man Utd for 85M and then ... nothing)

Actually way more than I thought he'd go for, but that's definitely what his talent is worth. He's physically massive and just a great plug and play guy in any system. Surprised Chelsea is ok with selling to a title rival, but I'm guessing the market for Matic wasn't huge since Jose can only coach one team at a time.

they wanted 50 million. this seems to be about par value though, realistically we weren't getting him for less.

To me its a great deal for PSG ! Meunier and Alves are far far better than him ! and 35m + 6m per yr for him ... happy he's gone !

he's a great right back but if we don't get another winger (in particular, one who can get 15 goals + ) then we're a bit screwed. We scored 54 goals last year, we need a good 15-20 goals more to win the premier league next season. Now Lukaku is going to get more goals than Zlatan but he'll get like 5-10 more (10 more would be a dream), but that isn't going to be enough.

Gonna move this one to the transfer thread. It's a nice post idea but the discussion potential is fairly limited here.

It's a good signing for Leicester, I've rated this lad for a while. He's always looked impressive in limited minutes.

I meant the discussion potential of this specific topic (re: Iheanacho). Also, I have no control over the 60 days requirement. It'd be best to ask the admin Howard Mass about that or post about it on the feedback and suggestions forum: viewforum.php?f=40. It seems a common point of contention.

When you move from Barca to PSG, it isn't really for footballing reasons (most other teams but not if you're moving from a team like Barca, Real Madrid or Bayern).

Seems like we've had Iheanacho on the books for 2 months already.

Looked really good in the few minutes before his injury against Borussia M. Selfless pass to Vardy.

Looking forward to us getting back to banging in goals.

Mahrez still here, even though he doesn't want to be. Chelsea in for Drinkwater (supposedly £37m). Seems hard to believe no-one is willing to stump or £40m or £50m for Mahrez. I'd rather keep them both but we have depth if they go.

Persoanlly still want another CB (Smalling or Gibson would suit me and supposedly only 12m - 15m) and another RB to upgrade Simpson. Could get all three for a the fee that Mahrez should command.

So, Van Dijk officially hands in a transfer request at Southampton. Is he really still going to go to Liverpool after that kerfuffle with Southampton's complaint over tampering, and Liverpool subsequently apologising and ending interest?
