magik9113 (5:33:10 PM): anelka he sucks
magik9113 (5:33:11 PM): he'll miss
magik9113 (5:33:29 PM): knew it
my AIM conversation before the shot. Anelka is trash and it's a joke that he's on France over Trez.
but that's a debate for another time :)

congrats Man U. Poor John Terry pulling a Beckham with the slipping thing...

Van Der Sar came up clutch and still Ronaldo is bawling his a** off on the pitch.

Anelka is so unclutch. Knew Giggs would make his sh*t.

MAN U got lucky. Props to Van Der Sar for guessing right. Anelka reminds us that he is French.

they need to find another way to decide these games.

i would rather have celebrity box match between abramovich and ferguson then go through with penalty kicks.

oh man, this sucks...

i agree, chelsea played a better game and PK are aweful.

i'm glad ronaldo missed, cech owned him in that shot.

and i don't know what's the story with english and PK, but i think that terry decision was terrible, didn't he saw how everybody else was shooting? he should have made sure he had his supporting leg well established with the wet ground and then make the shot.

and anelka was waaay to nervous, you could see it with his stand, i knew he was going to miss it.

Stupid Terry. What a choke. That was Chelsea's and he robbed them of it. Disgusting. I don't even like Chelsea; I hate Man U, though.

Guess this proves Chelsea is all $$$ and no stones. It'll always be Liverpool and those stupid Man U with all the history and class. Everyone else just pretenders.

I see your point, but the alternatives are worse:

(1) Replay the game
(2) Extra OT (you saw how finished all players were after the 100. minute)
(3) Do a coin flip (YES, THIS RULE EXISTED!!)

PKs are a cruel but very handy way to determine a winner.

Terry and Anelka.

Couldn't happen to two better clods.

Thanks for the Double, Chelsea!

pk is the proper way to settle it no doubt

for **** sakes, half the players barely made it through 120 minutes with their legs cramping up etc.

What a shame. Penalties is a horrible way to have to end a final, regardless, Man U are a great team.
