The game has passed on him for a couple years now. Been an issue for the German NT as well.
Kroos offers absolutely nothing when he is not in possession of the ball and even in possession he is not dominant anymore.

If you still have to rely on him...use him as 10 not 8 imho.

He's declined so much since the 14/15 season where he was easily the best player in the Premier League. He looks hopeless now, but he at least needs the ball at his feet to be able to do anything. They just can't get him involved.
