We might have a competition for Yamal.

Doue is very dangerous one vs one but he is very uneven and not a creative force for others. He was great tonight but he needs to become more like Dembele to be compared to Yamal in the near future.

Nah Doue is a great creator as well. he's pretty good decision maker in general about when to go for himself.

Spain and other big nations today are lucky France hasn't fired Deschamps. He is the reason they haven't won more big competitions. Defensive and tactically very lost.

This is essentially his first year playing high level football, of course there will wrinkles to smooth out.

Well deserved. Easily the best team in this tournament.

Yeah for a 19 years old, he is good for his own chances but I have seen him disappear too often. He is very young and has so many weapons to choose from. Reminds me of a young Dembele but less speedy winger style.

Yeah it is early and naturally he needs more experience to become great. We shouldn't hurry brilliant young players. Yamal isn't normal deciding Euro semifinals at 16, best player at Barcelona with an attack that scored most goals at 17. That's why no young offensive player should be compared to him yet.

Got to disagree with you though. Even at Rennes where they were trying to play more defensively he was showing a lot of ability to get himself involved and creating. Injuries aside he has been extremely consistent

I'm not disagreeing there because I have only seen him at PSG. Injuries is big reason for lack of consistency for young talents.
I'm just saying you need two seasons of crazy wonderkid play to be compared to Yamal.

Yeah there is no doubt what Yamal has done in his age group is unmatched in modern football. There are limits to trajectories though, at some point there will be players in his stratosphere and Doue seems like as good a candidate as any.

PSG are adding Mastantuono to this wagon for fun.

Expecting 3 CLs minimum. Could see them going on a dynastic type of run.

His usage at Rennes was one of the most interesting things I'd ever seen. He'd play super deep sometimes, like as a 6 and would play as an 8 sometimes.

He's just incredibly versatile. Perfect technically and so twitchy in tight spaces. The ball also explodes off his foot.

He's a T1 youngster, but Yamal is an alien. Still incomparable.

Yeah if Yamal becomes Messi level by that I mean best in the world by far then he will be on his own planet, otherwise there will be several young players on his level. There are many talented french wingers like Olise at 23 but hopefully they don't get lost like Dembele in Barcelona. I need more great wingers scoring solo goals ala Salah. :)
