May be getting to the point where all those transactions are seen as a disaster collectively.

Are they missing something from some of the departed players? Well Salah had a great contract year and he was unlikely to produce at the same level again but he's way down it seems.

They look a shell of themselves and even their win against Villa wasn't anything special. Emi gifted them their first goal and they scored after another poor pass out of our backline.

Are any of their new additions performing well???

I think Ekitike looks like a nice player, has shown some real quality. Then they bought Isak, which seemingly disrupted his progress.

Yes, agree that he's looked solid. The Isak signing certainly hasn't helped him.

Frimpong and Kerkez have not settled in at all. Kerkez performed so well last season for Bournemouth, but has not been able to replicate that, although it's a different game plan and style for him.

And everyone can see that Wirtz is struggling. He's had a few momentary flashes, but on the whole , he's had minimal impact.

From a side that looked brilliant last season and then hundreds of millions spent on transfers and they look terrible. They may turn it around, and it's still only early, but they look no chance currently of competing for the title.
Sometimes a player's greatest challenge is coming to grips with his role on the team

Frustrating end to the Sunderland game man. I understand Mikel probably has trust issues with the bench on Saturday with so many attackers out but just trust some of the guys there , everyone was dead on their feet and Sunderland punched us in the first half + last ten minutes of the second. I thought our second half performance was legit brilliant and could've been more goals but oh well it happens , the flood gates to goals will open soon I feel it. After the break we get a bunch of guys back so some much needed help on the way. Wish we were 6 ahead of City but hey if you told me when we got the fixtures that we'd be 4 clear going into the Nov break when I seen the fixtures in June I would have took it!

Raya man!!! Just stay on your line , Gabriel/Saliba and everyone else messed up too but damn Raya stay on your LINE or get the ball!

Lotta Soccer board matchups coming up for us , NLD against Baph first.. then Chelsea and the Villa boys after that lol. We're in for quite the challenge lol
