The new rule makes the group stages still worse than they were just by applying the stupid ranking thing ( someone explain me how shaktar has a better Rank that back to back uefa champions Seville..... for gods sake) and better not even get into the utterly stupid " champions route " thing that gets some stupid teams like Astana, bate, Macabbi in and leaves the likes of Lazio and Sporting Lisbon , Celtic or Brugge Out.

anyway.

the Pots if they were done RIGHTLY would have to be

1 :
Barcelona
Real Madrid
Chelsea
Bayern
Atlético de Madrid
Manchester Utd
Manchester City
Juventus

2:
Valencia
Sevilla
Arsenal
Roma
Porto
Psg
Bayer Leverkusen
Galatasaray

3:
Borussia M
Woflsburg
Benfica
Psv
Zenit
Cska Moscow
O Lyon
Shaktar

4:
Dinamo Kiev
Olympiakos
Dinamo Zagreb
Malmo
Macabbi
Gent
Bate
Astana

Btw.
I never got how we have Bayer Leverkusen, Wolskwagen wolfsburg, Now Audi has their own team but neither Mercedes is in control of Sttutgart nor Bmw is in control of Bayern/1860.

What are you trying to ask? I can possibly answer just slightly confused, you could be talking about several things.

Was bored so I did a random draw to see how close it is to what actually happens tomorrow.

Group A

PSG
Leverkusen
Olympiacos
Astana

Group B

Bayern Munich
Atletico Madrid
Shakhtar Donetsk
Malmo

Group C

Chelsea
Real Madrid
Dynamo Kyiv
Borussia Monchengladbach

Group D

PSV Eindhoven
Arsenal
Sevilla
BATE Borisov

Group E

Juventus
Valenica
CSKA Moscow
Maccabi Tel Aviv

Group F

Benfica
Manchester City
Galatasaray
Gent

Group G

Barcelona
Porto
Roma
Wolfsburg

Group H

Zenit
Manchester United
Lyon
Dinamo Zagreb

Groups A and D are the easiest. Groups C and G the hardest. Manchester City might actually advance to the Round of 16 if that was their group.

You can't have three team from one country(exception being Spain) on one side(A-D or E-H) of the draw.
I also doubt that UEFA wants Real/Barca, Arsenal/Chelsea, United/City, Benfica/Porto on the same side and Ukraine/Russia can't be in the same group etc.

My result looks like this:

A
Juve
Real
CSKA Moscow
Gladbach

B
PSG
Arsenal
Sevilla
Zagreb

C
Eindhoven
Porto
Galatasaray
Astana

D
Zenit
Manchester united
Olympiacos
Wolfsburg

E
Bayern
Manchester City
Roma
Maccabi

F
Benfica
Atletico
Lyonnais
Malmö

G
Chelsea
Valencia
Donezk
BATE Borisov

H
Barca
Leverkusen
Kyiv
Gent

hope we draw juve or psg instead of barca/bayern. Just to keep it fresh. Tired of facing and eventually losing to them. Knowing our luck no way we get zenit/psv/benfica. Even if we do we'll finish 2nd somehow

Well, you guys should write UEFA a letter offering to withdraw from CL for the next five years, if you can't make it out of such a group.

@Malibrah:
Would like to see Gladbach play at the Emirates but we'll see what's actually going to be drawn today.

Well, its not like Gala's contributions to the CL have been noteworthy in recent years. Might as well not participate at all if you get destroyed by Arsenal and Dortmund and finish below Anderlecht.

Mainz is way too small to even expect a consistent Bundesliga participation. So its no big deal they'll never make it to CL. Dont know why you dont seem to understand that.

I doubt that Leverkusen and Gladbach will be on the same side thanks to only being seperated by about 30 kilometers.
So that generater has some issues and isn't 100% accurate. ;)

But you certainly aren't telling someone where he can and can't post? Right?
I mean, that's something no one should ever do and arrogant, as I was told by someone on this site... :P
