I don't know what was up with the ref lol. It was weird that we had Iaquinta, Trez, Del Piero, and Amauri all in during overtime. Trezeguet and Iaquinta were definitely off today, normally Iaquinta would have had at least two goals but he sucked.

I like Felipe Melo a lot, even though he is good for a yellow card a game.

The winner of the tournament gets 2 million euro by the way, and the runner up 1 million. Juve can always use an extra mill just for warming up :)

4-1, with Pires scoring twice.

Juve just won the trofeo tim....... a meaningless tournament every summer with Juve, Milan, and Inter. The games are 45 minutes and go to PKs if its tied. They tied Inter 1-1 (Amauri) and won in PKs. Then beat Milan 2-0, (Amauri and Iaquinta)

an interesting prospect came in with a few minutes left against Milan: Giuseppe Giovinco!

Juventus - Chievo on Sunday....probable starting lineup according to all the major calcio websites is:

Buffon
Grygera Cannavaro Chiellini Molinaro
Camo Marchisio Poulsen
Diego
Amauri Del Piero

Hopefully Melo starts instead of Poulsen....and we get off to a good start.

Decent game, considering all the injuries in midfield (Melo, Camo, Sissoko, Giovinco). Hopefully Tiago and Poulsen won't have to start together again...

It coulde be better but it coudl be worse, we won that's important, for right now.

I hope we sign Rafinha ( there are plenty of rumors of him coming to Juve), the team needs strong fullbacks.

Diego looked good in the first half, in the 2nd he didn't get the ball enough. the whole team looked shaky in the 2nd besides a nice pass from Diego to Amauri who hit the post.

Cannavaro and Chiellini are awesome in the back, Grygera must learn to cross the ball, and I expect us to be much more impressive when Camo, Melo, Sissoko are back.

I figured this would be a good place to ask.

Whatever happened to Rafaelle Palladino?

I think he is co-owned, but playing for Genoa.

I'm not sure about Palla, is he on loan or co-own in Genoa.

It is reported that Juve is very close to signing Grosso :) Yeah!

I gotta catch a Genoa game then. I watched him...Juve's first season up? I think that's the last time I saw the guy until one of his videos popped up on Youtube.
