how was it undeserved? i dont get which game people were watching lol.

Because in the first half BVB was the better side? They were controlling the match, creating more pressure, and until the injuries changed things they had the Juve counters well contained, granted with Weidenfeller's current form that's not always enough as we saw when he gifted Tevez the opener, but they were still clearly outplaying Juve when the teams went into the break. I didn't even realize there were would be people, other than Massi being Massi, who thought Juve deserved to leave that first half without being down a goal. *shrug*

I can get people arguing Juve were the better side after the break, although at that point Vidal and co had realized that the ref was scared of suspending anyone, so they disrupted the play with a series of fouls and the second half became so choppy that neither side really looked good in it. But the first half? BVB was obviously playing better, even after the injuries weakened the BVB defense and bolstered the Juve midfield.

I think there was only about 15 minutes where Dortmund looked "clearly" the better side in the first half, and it only began at their undeserved goal. Leading up to the goal it was an even game and BVB didn't have any real scoring chances........ :dontknow:
i don't even wanna talk about it with you guys anymore :P

You're learning Farsi CGF? That sounds like a losing battle.

Man, that was like a FIFA 15 game yesterday. Can't believe we didn't lose 4-1 or 5-2.

I grew up with russian, german and english. Picked up spanish quickly as a teenager, though I'm out of practice now. So I want to learn something different from the languages I already now with new patterns to wrap my tongue around. Thought about mandarin just cause it may not be the least useful language to learn next, but I had a friend growing up who's mom tried to teach me some when I was young and the day where she repeated the same word 4 times while telling me that she was actually saying 4 different words because the intonation, I realized that wasn't gunna happen. So then I figured that to travel the parts of the world I have yet to see that I want to visit at some point, Arabic or Farsi could be useful if I didn't go for a southeast asian language.

There's a lot of good films that have come out of iran in farsi over the past decade, and I'd like to be able to watch them in the native tongue...plus I can't help but be curious to visit iran someday. After having learned so much from my family about what life was like behind the wall/curtain and having lived in the US to experience the US collective memory of how things were on this side, as well as getting to watch how silly russo-western tensions always work out, I'd be curious to see if a similar dynamic isn't at play between iranian-western hostilities. Which would makes sense given the art that's still coming out of that country and the reportedly strong pro-western sentiment that still exists in the urban population centers...not to mention some of the history that exists without having been completely distroyed. I mean the US is amongst the oldest nations right now, but the territory of Iran has hosted 5 empires that either dwarfed the US in lifespan, or were just recently (within the past 30 years) passed by the US. That's something interesting that could be different from what I've already gotten to see. So I'mma see how things go, but I'm pretty good with languages/dialects, and once I get a feel for the auditory patterns of a language I can pick it up and farsi isn't nearly as uncomfortable for my mind in its patterns as Mandarin, so I'm optimistic.

Mandzukic is probably the only striker you'll ever find preventing a ball from going over the own goal line. Perfect striker for Simeone.

I'll watch the rest of the game hoping to see Simeone kill Schmidt.

Please make that happen. I'm a Bulls fan, I need it.

:o at first I didn't see the deflection and thought Ospina forgot what his purpose in life was. Unfortunate for Arsenal...not that they've done much themselves but Monaco has barely had the ball

Our team is a complete joke. Right side is only bellerin and we still keep giving him the balls for crosses. I am happy for monaco since i like this team and the player who scored. **** this bring on a real winger!!

Ozil back on his old form. Sit him, cant pass or controll the ball to save his life. And clearly doesnt want to play. Making me angry again....

Because Bayern fans want flashy, technically skilled players just like Real and Barca fans.
Plus he had beef with Bayern fans darling Pep Guardiola...just like about every #9 Guardiola had in recent years.

Ibra, Mandzukic and they already say Lewandowski is pissed about Guardiola, too.

Shame Bayern didn't keep Heynckes around. Mandzukic was great for them. Him sharing minutes with Lewandowski would've been the best striker rotation in the world except for maybe Ibra/Cavani.
