One thing I am hoping is consistency when calling handling violations.

Get ready for some of the most ridiculous "correct" offside calls. I saw several goals get taken back this Serie A season due to a centimeter of the top of someones shoulder being offside.

Better than having someone draw lines for several minutes, and in some cases making mistakes.

It is until the goal of the tournament is disallowed by one millimeter. If the technology is so exact I wish they could add in that if the offside is only an inch or two, just let it slide unless the body part that played the ball was in fact what was offside. But it’s ok I’ll get over it lol

The wording to the handball rule has been changed so much over the years and it still remains the most difficult to call with consistency. And VAR has made that lack of consistency much worse

Scotland had a strong qualifying campaign. Looking forward to the start of a soccer filled summer

Just picked up one of the white with red stitching Umbro 2012/13 England shirts. I'm ready to curse Gareth Southgate's name.

First time in my life i feel like England has a chance to win, they have pretty much everything going for them. But being the prohibitive top 2 favorite probably not a position they handle very well :)

There is always an unexpected semi finalist(or two), my money is on Austria.

Toni Kroos masterclass thus far. Germany look sharp indeed. Musiala is class.
May have to turn it off though because I’m about to feel bad for the scots

How many top league players do these teams have?

Germany is like most or all of them and Scotland has maybe 2 or 3?

There will be teams that can get at this German midfield, but it's not Scotland.
It's time for 5 refs.

Don't like to talk about could haves and should haves, but with better game management I believe we would have beaten Italy in 2021.

Good luck to Turkey in this tournament, too. I think your boys have a decent chance to qualify out of their group.

As soon as I saw replay I knew it was over for him. Scotland was dominated in 11 vs 11 game, now vs 10 it is going to get ugly. And goal differential may be deciding factor eventually. Feel bad for them.

Totally agree. Didn't really see the contact live but first replay and I was like damn, that's an easy red. Buh bye.

Fullkrug, 4-0

This is hurting Scotland's chances as a potential best third place
