Honduras if they can find a way to win, even if by a goal over Ecuador tonight.....

They'd have the lead by GD over Swiss and a draw or win vs the Swiss punches their ticket into the field of 16.

Unreal. Honduras now has to figure out something that they haven't done since 1982 that it took the US only 34 seconds to do in this world cup: Score a World Cup goal.

4 CONCACAF teams have a serious shot of making the field of 16 if Honduras and US get results in their 2nd games.

Matuidi is a monster.

Switzerland is not elite, but is not 5-0 bad either.

France is playing a very strong football. They have the most complete DMs of the competition.

Honduras has to realize this golden opportunity tonight now. They have a serious shot of getting out of this group, on GD maybe even.

Greatest win (margin wise) by France national team in history of WC.

Ridiculous game at this point.

Edit: could have been 6-0 I just found out (missed penalty). Unbelievable.

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

Swiss cheese defense.

The first time ever the French have won a World Cup game by a four goal margin.

Pogba's cross and Benzema's aerial nutmeg goal were impressive but even that one was overkill. France making a statement.

Swiss should consider more immigration from Costa Rica. Don't ask me why.

Cmon Honduras tonight. I would laugh so hard if they qualified for the field of 16 before Argentina absolutely spanks them. Would make for good TV.

IF somehow Honduras manages the 3 points today and then draws with Switzerland...A long long long shot - but, we could see 4 CONCACAF teams advance.
