Re: Juventus FC
Isn't he on a 1 year contract? They may wait for the end of the season, and look for a better replacement.

Re: Juventus FC
poulsen/melo in together will never work. I wish I knew what was wrong with Felipe Melo. He started off the season solid but he gets lackadaisical at times and it results in turning over the ball, or a goal for the other team...both happened today.

Re: Juventus FC
ha. it was a shame how they let him go. He did not agree with many things, including the purchases of such players including Tiago. If only the people running this organization had brains.....

Re: Juventus FC
We are close to acquiring Candreva who is currently playing for Livorno. He is a great young midfielder and would be a smart purchase.
We also got Paolucci from Siena for I believe just the remainder of the season...He is nothing special, and actually started vs Chievo Sunday. He was ineffective in the 1-0 loss, but so was everybody else.
Saturday vs. Roma is a HUGE game. we dropped to 5th place with 33 points, while they are in 3rd with 35.

Re: Juventus FC
I don't care anymore. I continued to support the team during the relegation season, and the rebuilding process afterwards. But this team, it's the worst Juve squad I've ever seen. I've given up on this team, at least for this season.

Ferrara is gone, Alberto Zaccheroni is going to be the manager until the end of the season.

Re: Juventus FC
I would have preferred Gentile, but its whatever. I hope he can get us at least back into 4th.
Let us pray for Benitez when the season is over.

Re: Juventus FC
Zac is set to make his changes to the lineup...incorporating his infamous 3 defender formation.
3-4--1-2 is like probably formation with
Buffon
Canna-Legro-Chiellini
Caceres-Melo-Candreva-DeCeglie
Diego
DelPiero-Amauri
Hopefully Iaquinta comes back soon.

Re: Juventus FC
Can Juve get a top 4 spot to make the CL? That is the real question.

I hope you didn't put Caceres as a right midfielder?

Thats whats being reported, but he'd be more like an outside back who attacks up the wings a lot, which he already is anyway. No one really knows the formation/lineup Zac may come out with
