Did anyone read about Messi barfing in the first half already?

I've heard that multiple times now that he barfed in a soccer game. Must be the reason he runs so little these days :confused:

a lot of people do that because of nerves. The great American runner prefontaine would puke before games to calm his nerves.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

I'm curious about what No_20 makes of Gotze scoring the goal that won the World Cup, and how it fits into his arbitrary rankings. :D

I don't know how I would have handled that without the years of brutal punishment the Raptors have given me.

It was a well played game by both teams, both with chances to win the game. Germany came through on one, one of the few defensive breakdowns we had. That's all it takes and that's why this game is so beautiful.

I'm going to spend the next 4 years in mourning.

Yeah we actually build up attacks instead of just praying our star makes magic happen, but this team is much worse coach and much more talented than the spurs. These germans are a lot more like the heat, just too stacked for even a mediocre coach to hold them back completely.

Transfer fees disagree

Did you just try to use transer fees to argue a player is better than others? lol gotta love the people that come out of the woodwork for the WC.

Haha what? Let me guess your measuring stick is FIFA14 on Xbox

This is why WC time fans are so much fun, it's like they don't know that there are ways to judge players that are a little more accurate than their transfer fees and fifa rankings.

Watching each play more than a handful of times while learning about the context of their usage/role/responsibilities is a decent start, but that's cause in general it helps to watch this game to learn about what happens.

Still makes me giggle that you brought up transfer fees though, which is awesome. Guess Llalana is a better player than kroos, huh? Although I don't know how they're rated in FIFA so maybe that's not correct? Amirite?

And I have none of these players jerseys, I have two ballacks, a sammer, a poldi and a schweini from 06 and few Mattuschkas.

So now you're defending using transfer fees? lol. **** toni kroos then, guess him being the best player before his injury on a treble winner really isn't as impressive as leading southampton to...not relegation?

Did Kroos force a deal with Real Madrid? If he were worth more wouldn't a 3rd party step in and offer more or Bayern would simply resign him

At this point I just want you to keep going cause we're reaching some massi levels of ridiculousness. So please keep defending that asinine point as I'm genuinely curious what sort of mental hoops you're going to jump through/basic-tenents-of-club-football-you'll-ignore next
