What?! :lol:

Why should you reward the defense for allowing a wide open player behind them? The defense should run their asses back and guard that person. Makes no sense to punish players cutting to the net.

Bradley has been a bit disappointing. His first touch has let him down.

It would be like removing the paint in basketball. Just crowd the box with 7 men and have the GK punt the ball inside.

:lol: And 1'd for this comedic line, but I know what you mean. No offsides would be chaos.

"Football" :D

If a Brazilian, an American, an Aussie and an Irish guy use that word, you have 4 different sports.

USA lucky to not have conceded. That defense has big holes.
Howard is a rock tho.

Not a bad first half, outside of the Altidore injury. Thought it might be a torn hamstring, so it's surprising they said it was just a strain given his reaction.

The US is winning because they're playing much better in terms of tactics, spacing & strategy. The coaching differential is visible out there for me.

Of course, scoring an early helps too, like, a lot. :)

Sucks for Altidore to go down, and Dempsey likely with a broken nose. Sure would be nice if Donovan was on the team.

I am waiting for KP Boateng, who is slightly injured. Also expecting Essien.
