This is the first time I’ve properly watched a Leicester game, what the hell is up with the defending specifically from corners? No wonder the fans want Rodgers gone.

Honestly getting tired of this terrible first half good second half crap from Spurs.

A draw away at Brentford isn't a bad result, they're a good side, but these schizophrenic performances are so irritating to watch.

Newcastle is coming on and they haven't even opened up their Saudi wallets yet.

Speaking of poor defending, we gifted Liverpool 2 goals from comical defending smh. We looked rusty as well, anyway I went into the game without thinking we’d win I’m just waiting for Martinez to be back and for the transfer window to open

So I see Thilo Kehrer is not only a slalom pole when he suits up for Germany

I don't know how this season is going to end but man this team is so good and so young. Wasn't even the slightest worried at HT. The physicality and tenacity to just pin teams in their third is nuts. Next 4 games are going to be huge and a tough test and will probably shape the season. If we come out if it in a good spot I think we'll be in the race till April if all goes well injury wise and that's all you can ask for right now

Brighton A
Newcastle H
Spurs A
Man United H

I think it was huge that Nketiah scored tonight. Will give him the confidence needed to get through the next few games.

Yeah , we really need to bring in an attacker by the time that Spurs game comes around. Our first two attackers off the bench today were Marquinhos and Cozier Duberry. We are paper thin until ESR gets up to speed , Jesus and Nelson Return

Yea I was ecstatic when Eddie scored. He needs that confidence going into these 4 games . We really need him to step up man.

Martin Odegaard and Ben White are amazing players man.

Steve Bruce effect. Getting rid of him seems to be a huge boon for most teams, apparently. Just look at how West Brom are playing since they sacked him.

This is hard to believe but...

His goal was just exquisite. Most players are going to pivot into the middle, which is what the defender was expecting. But he caught him completely off guard and basically made something out of nothing.

Brighton must have geniuses at the scouting department. Just so many gems.

Darwin Nunez doesn't even have the finishing ability of sunday league football ffs. Dude is class at getting to opportunities but cant ever convert. He better find his finishing otherwise He'll be sitting on the bench once Liverpool are healthy.
Raul
“The other day I saw one of his games. He was running with the ball at a hundred per cent full speed, I don’t know how many touches he took, maybe five or six, but the ball was glued to his foot. It’s practically impossible.”

VAR gets a lot of sht, perhaps rightfully so. But Arsenal would have gotten one of the worst PKs in the history of professional sports without it vs. West Ham. Pure homefield call. Odegaard takes a wicked shot outside the box that deflects off a defender. Ref points to the spot for an apparent handball ... except it clearly hit him in the face, nowhere near a hand.

This is why I value instant replay in sports. There are going to be hard judgement calls or bad ones you can't change because it's still justifiable under the letter of the law. Just fix the egregiously ball calls, like that one, and I can live with most of the rest. Imagine suffering a PK like that in a cup final with no recourse.
