Love Corporal Jenkinson!

He's been getting some love lately, and rightfully so. His improvement since his first few games has been staggering. Right now the best crosser of the ball at the club, and works his tail off. Improving in positioning as well. Has gone from being widely considered as not good enough for Arsenal, to a solid back up and good prospect for the future in only a few weeks.

Podcast was awesome, btw.

Davies made a lot of good points, re: Wenger, Jenkinson, Chamberlain going to Euros.

Also dug his idea of giving John Terrys place at Euros to Anton Ferdinand.

Really disappointing to see Jenkinsons injury, especially with no time table for his return. He had a great chance to get some games with Sagna hurt, and he'd been playing well.

Stress fracture in his back. Out indefinitely.

Another fun match on ESPN 2. And another match where only RVP can score for Arsenal, and yet it doesn't matter because it's always good enough to beat the opponents.

Gervinho can't finish, should have scored 5.

Nice to get another win though, back in the top four picture.

Another good game. Got a tough on Wednesday. Dortmund has been on a roll and they beat Bayern in Munich yesterday. Arsenal just need a draw to advance to round of 16, but win is probably needed to finish first in the group.

We should be able to win this at home. Team is playing well, creating lots of chances but should be finishing more of them. Looking better defensively too, can't wait to see Sagna back in the mix with TV and Kos. Should form a solid unit.

Looking forward to the game a lot. Santos has improved a lot since he first arrived, and I think he could hurt Dortmund with his attacking.

It's a real shame that Gibbs is out for 6 weeks or so, again. He is a tremendous talent, and is at an age where he really needs to playing games, not being in and out of the squad with injuries. Two seasons ago he looked like he would displace Clichy as a 19 year old, and now he just can't stay healthy.

Looks like Wilshere is ahead of schedule now on his return, really can't wait to see him back in the squad.

Besiktas claims that it wasn't race related, but because of his theatrics. Which I can somewhat believe, because he never stops diving. But, still not convinced.

There are times when a player should just walk off the pitch and that's one of them.

Racism has never ever been an issue in Turkey. I am a Galatasaray fan and he dived a couple of times. That's why they threw things to him.

I've seen plenty of players dive in football, rarely have I seen that happen.

Let's hope Barcelona draw Besiktas in the Champions League next year, they may come back a few players short!

Agreed, he should have walked off the pitch. How they let it go on that long is beyond me,
