So in our current formation he'd play where Wilshere plays?

** Djourou out for 'at least six weeks'

Djourou had exploratory surgery and there's no structural damage, so good news is rehab and he should be back in a month. This international break came at a fortunate time, as long as none of our players come back hurt this time, it gives us time to rest, re-focus and get players healthy (Song, Fabregas, Walcott).

We need Szczesney back asap, I've spent days trying to figure out what Almunia was thinking coming out of his net like that against West Brom, and nothing, no idea what went through his mind. Guy just has no idea how to keep goal.

Thomas Bendtner revealed: “I am very, very far from being satisfied with Nicklas’ situation at Arsenal, I will not say more right now, because this should not go through the press. If more needs to be done, then I will make direct contact with the club and Wenger himself.”

http://www.cleansheetsallround.co.uk/20 ... -satisfied?

More whining from Bendtners camp, this from his father/agent. I really hope we sell him in the summer.

Jeremie Aliadiere is apparently back training with the club, what a disappointment that dude was!

It's an agent's job to be a jerk about everything; could be on the way out though.

Anybody here listen to the Tuesday Club?

There was a hilarious bit on this past weeks podcast talking about a Q&A with Szczesney and Arshavin, probably the best two players to have one with:

Q: (to Szczesney) After your tweets about Ashley Cole did you get in any trouble? Isn't it against club policy?

Szczesney: No, it is within club policy to comment on average left-backs.

Q: (to Arshavin) Who's the hardest worker at Arsenal during training?

Arshavin: The goalkeeper coach.

I'm a fan of Alan Davies but didn't know he was a fan of the club let alone had a podcast.
Thanks for the tip.

edit: These dudes are hilarious!

They used to be called "It's up for grabs now" (in reference to Michael Thomas' league winning goal in the late 80's), but switched production companies a couple of months ago. The original podcast has now been renamed "Footballistically Arsenal" which is run with a new group of people, and I haven't listened to since the change in personnel. But, all of the old podcasts from Alan Davies and co. are available in the "Footballistcally Arsenal" library.

Thought they sounded like they had more than month's experience together.

Think I'd prefer ManWell at this stage.
