Yeah, but de Bruyne was the difference maker in a lot of games.
Now, they'll have a much harder time playing the final pass.
Tielemans is the one guy they should definitely buy no matter what Anderlecht is asking for.

Re: 2015-16 German Bundesliga Discussion Thread
think he is badly advised," Calhanoglu told reporters when asked about Son. "I have written to him, called him, but he has not answered his phone. I am very sad, the whole team is a bit disappointed.
"When you're 23 years old, of course you have respect for your father. But you have to sometimes make your own decisions. We were there for him always - that's why we are sad. Everyone has tried to reach him."
Calahnoglu about Son. What a moron.

Kind of ironic that Mister "I am gonna be sick until you transfer me to Leverkusen" now calls out Son for wanting a transfer.

Calhanoglu. What a player. Best #10 in buli. Soon to be best player in that league. If he was to play for german nt, he would send that average player ozil's ass to the bench. But anyhow he is not a pussy like him, proud of this Turk.

cgf wrote:He has been tremendous for them. But I really like some of the pieces they have left, even without their Belgian star. Kruse, Perisic and Schurrle is a strong trio for the front 3 who could be really deadly together with Max drifting around and turning Schurrle into the goal-machine he has the shot and directness to be. Maxi Arnold has been transitioning to the 8, but in KdB's first season with FC VW his strong play at the spot kept de Bruyne from getting to play the 10. Luis Gustavo is an excellent defensive anchor, and their FBs are still excellent.
Still a glaring hole at CB, Benaglio remains imminently upgradeable, and they need to add some creative drive to the midfield, but there's still some guys out there who could move and would be extremely interesting. Martial would be a good get for the front three and could be brought into the fold patiently behind Schurrle-Kruse-Perisic. Either of Ziyech or Praet would be very intriguing young tens to join Maxi and Luis in the middle; even if they fail to get one of the bigger names (Isco / Gotze / Draxler) to ask for a move.
I wish they would bring Dzagoev in; he needs the greater challenge and is ready for it; unfortunately with CZKA pulling off the comeback against Sporting it may be hard to get him given that the army men are also a club that doesn't need to care much about cash. But with Alan and Maxi they would have a very strong creative midfield in front of Gustavo.
Seems like they'll get Dante after this weekends game where the brazilin is needed thanks to no CB's left at Bayern.
Transfer news:
Stuttgart signs cb Toni Sunjic from Krasnodar
Filip Kostic is said to want out of Stuttgart and would most likely join Schalke
Bremen midfielder Cedric Makiadi most likely to Rizespor
Ivan Perisic could still join Inter
Kevin Kampl from Dortmund to Leverkusen could happen pretty fast

i think it's a totally personal decision, whether the player wants to play for the country where he was born and raised or the country, where his parents came from. i wouldn't hold it against anyone.
and after all, it is the more puss decision to play for the weaker team.
too many urkels on your team, that's why your wins low

yes please. kampl is really redundant with this roster. hopefully we'll sign another striker as backup, but most likely bvb will stick with what they got.

Gladbach Europa Jersey looks dope.
Of course, you gotta look past that ugly yellow stripe.

Scholl is such a moron as a tv expert. Saying Tuchel is trying to copy Pep Guardiola first season at Bayern.
Dude has probably never seen a Tuchel Mainz 05 game. They always played similar to the way Dortmund are doing now only the individual quality was obviously lower.

Everyone is **** in love with Pep. I hate him so much. Such a god damn lucky manager. Right place right time. Terrible analysis from Scholl, lmao. What did he say the similarities are?

That would indeed be one of the best jerseys I have seen in a long time if it wasnt for that Postbank ad.

I cant fully sum up because I burst out laughing as soon as he said that but it was something about Schmelzer and Ginter playing very deep in the opposing half when having possession..which is something he has practiced for years in Mainz.

i am loving every second of this game, although i know, the opponent isn't on bundesliga level. i think this will be a great season. we'll hoist one trophy atleast, probably not the league title but dfb cup or the europa league are definitely in the mix.

Kampl to Leverkusen seems like a done deal. Replacement for Son probably.

I can't believe the transformation he seems to have undergone this summer. If this holds Tuchel's miracle worker status will be confirmed, even at a big club.
Would've rather seen BVB send Castro back to Leverkusen while using Miki/Kuba/Kampl at the 8 where they would've used Castro since I like Kampl's dribbling and workrate, but that's part of why I never liked that signing much in the first place.

7/7 so far, with over half of those wins being blowouts. Doesn't get much better for Tuchel.

Good for Toni Sunjic coming to the Bundesliga from Russia. It's a better league for him.

Apparently BVB had a lot of scouts at the game to watch him and are working on signing him in this window.
