That's good for you, I guess, but it doesn't make Streich a Simeone wannabe.

So every coach who's really emotional during the game is trying to be Simeone?

That's just who he is. Like it or not, but saying he's trying to be like anyone else is straight up ridiculous.

I prefer more calm and classy managers like Löw, Guardiola, Tuchel, Ranieri, Schmidt. I would rather listen to those than I would listen to a maniac who got relegated.

I'd bet most of these "classy managers" wouldn't be able to do sh*t with those Freiburg rosters. If you look at their roster from last season...it was no shame they got relegated. Roster was just not that good.

Anyways, I'm glad to have Freiburg back in the league. They're doing a great job down there.

First Cathy Fischer is the German Kim Kardashian and now Streich is the German Simeone.

I don't know what he is smoking but I want some of this. Must be good.

Dont know what is wrong with Cathy Fischer being the German Kardashian.

Both talentless, overrated h*es who get too much attention. And both are married to douchebags.

There is one major difference. Kardashian is successful without Kanye. Fischer without Hummels goes back into the irrelevance she comes from.

Seems like that rumor from an insider about a month ago could come true.
Gladbach is interested in soon to be 18 year old centre back Mamadou Doucoure of Paris St. Germain.
Would be another typical Eberl signing and given how a guy like Elvedi has developed even in his first season(and most youngsters before and currently), I wouldn't mind another young guy like him.

Holy **** that German insecurity.

You don't HAVE to compare yourself to our trash celebrities or Spain's good managers.

dont know how you define success but doesnt change the fact kardashians are talentless hacks with or without kanye

Kevin Volland will be leaving Hoffenheim after this season, according to Sport 1.
The favourites are said to be Gladbach.

Not sure if there's anything to it, given that this would require one or two of our offensive players leaving the club, IMO.

Got that point in Munich and currently 4th place, at least for a couple of hours, while also being three points and twelve goals clear of 7th place.

If Leverkusen wins against Hertha, they could secure 3rd place and keep us at 4th place.

Your record against Pep is amazing.

He only has a 33% win ratio against you guys. Only teams he he has lower against are FC Chelsea and Kazan.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

Come on Nathan. It's not like we don't get anything against Bayern normally. ;)

Anyways, you guys had a three point advantage during the winter break over us and currently are on points with us even though we've been mediocre during the complete second half of the season.
Though, it's still in your hands, so you've got no one to blame but you, if it doesn't happen.

BTW: I think somehow Schalke will make it.
They're playing Augsburg at home against their possible new manager and Hoffenheim could be saved next week.

We clearly don't deserve to finish in the top 4 right now, but it would've been nice to see Bayern win...especially at home.

I hate the EL, but it's definitely better for the Bundesliga that Hertha won't make it to the CL. Then again, I couldn't have cared less

Fun fact of the day.

Hannover vs Schalke
Shots: 21-10(in favour of Hannover)
Goals: 1-3

Like I stated before, I think Schalke will somehow dumb luck themselves into the CL qualification.
Though, that would probably mean another season of Breitenreiter, which wouldn't be bad for the other teams.

Horst Heldt moaning about Bayern "handing" us points today.
The guy should probably look elsewhere to distrct attention from yet another crappy season of Schalke.
Like I wrote they were extremely lucky(again) in todays victory at Hannover and it's not like we never get results playing Bayern.
Also, he seems to have a pretty short memory after that point they got handed over playing the back ups of Dortmund's reserves.

Didnt really care about the game today but I guess it's good for German football that HSV at least made sure you wont make the 4th spot.

We cant have teams like Mainz and Hertha go up against Villarreal, ManCity/ManUtd, Roma etc. in August. Gladbach would have a shot at least.

No, you made sure we finish 7th and are eliminated in the EL qualification again.

Say what you want about Bayern's dominance, but we've made it to the final two fixtures and they still haven't mathematically clinched the league.

They will clinch next week, but it's no doubt a step up from last year when they clinched with about two months to spare.
