^^"Blood clot in the a**" is a funny sounding injury, but when I heard that Franck's hip seized up b/c of "acute nerve inflammation", that laugh quickly died. Injury-wise, Bayern and Arsenal are almost equal: Bayern now misses Ribéry, Schweini and Badstuber, and Arsenal misses Walcott, Wilshere and Ramsey.

Arteta will also be suspended for the first leg. Going to be impossible to beat bayern without our two best CMs. Wilshere will be fit for Liverpool tmmrw.

Schweini will be missing the first leg?? Is Martinez back Yet?

Listening to english halftime shows about the BuLi is always hilarious. I can't imagine either of these guys have every seen Leverkusen play against a good side, and they definitely have never watching gladbach play any side. lol can't wait for the post game.

it is the same for Serie A...so annoying

I planned on watching this game to see Donati play and two top 4 teams. Donati doesn't start for the 2nd time in a row, but at least i saw him manage to get booked while warming up

cgf, it's still better than listening to Marcel "I get an orgasm when I see Bayern Munich" Reif and Fritz von "Hui ui ui" Thurn und Taxis.

Watching Stranzl having to set up Gladbach attacks is a pain in the a**. Gladbach should surely invest in a CB in the offseason.

I don't understand why Kruse is doing the corners, either. A striker should never do the corners. Same with RvP at United.

This is why I want them to by Fabian Schar so damn much. Other than Ginter no other young CBs passes the ball and comes forward as well as Schar.

Granted Dominguez is still coming back from injury and brouwers is still hurt, so that's part of it, but Schar-Dominguez-Jantschke would be a great young defensive trio which they should make happen.

The biggest problem is the front four running out of steam, Arrango hasn't had a great game in a long time, Kruse's been off, and Herrmann has been fading hard around the hour mark. Favre needs to rely on Hrgota and Younes a lot more to start giving these guys games off. At least they've made it through this tough start and now have the chance to rally before their next big tests. I'm still rooting for them, although after this game it's gunna be extremely hard for Leverkusen to get bounced from the CL spots. :(

Stranzl had like 5-7 passes to Leverkusen or out of bounds in the last 15 minutes I watched alone.

Brouwers isn't better in that category either. Dominguez is better but they still need another legit CB that can initiate attacks.

Ginter would be cool. He's doing a lot of safe passes, though. Not many that will break the defense down. But to his credit he basically does not turn the ball over at all. That's very important for a CB.

In Wolfsburg today. Expect a loss, hope for a draw. A win with Koo scoring the winner would be hilarious and awesome at the same time.

Ramos is playing very well. He's no Lewa, but he'll do fine with such a creative and attacking minded team. Good signing

2 more for Ramos today. Me thinks he'll win the scoring race this year.

Lewa got a couple today as well. If Lewa gets back in form, he will easily beat Ramos. What Ramos is doing is very impressive nevertheless.

He could've scored another one on a penalty. Basically, single-handedly destroyed Hamburg's efense today.

Although, that doesn't say much. Hamburg's efense will be eaten alive in the DFB-CUP on Wednesday.

Hamburg, Bremen and Hoffenheim's efenses are an insult for any professional soccer team.
