Lewa's been amazing this season and really carrying that injured and inconsistent Dortmund team. No offense to Ramos, but I'll be disappointed if BVB drop 15M on him to replace Lewa, that kind of money gets you Doumbia who's a better talent and fit, or you could get Diouf on a free.

BVB need to spend their money on Sahin, Ginter and Volland with a Gundogan replacement like Kovacec if necessary. Then you take what's left of the warchest and look at what striker options fit.

Brunson: So what are you paid to do?
Hart: Run around like an idiot during the game and f*** s*** up!

Ramos is no Lewa, but he's having just a good of a season. An injured and inconsistent Dortmund team is still a million times more talented than Hertha. To praise Lewa for his season while dismissing Ramos' season is unfair.

Dude has 14 goals and 4 assist while Lewandowski has 13 goals and 6 assists. He's no Lewa, but I don't blame Dortmund for going after him, especially at that price.

Bremen, Stuttgart and Hamburg in free fall modus.

Their defenses seem to be on Hoffenheim level of terribleness. No wonder they can't buy a win.

Stuttgart today had Ibisevic, Abdellaoue, Werner, Maxim and Leitner on the pitch with only one defensive minded midfielder (Rani Khedira who has made a total of 4 Bundesliga games). Having Ulreich in goal doesn't help either. About time Schneider realizes they are dropping a lot of points because his formation is way too offensive minded.

No wonder Augsburg completely destroyed them on the counter attack today.

Hamburg and Bremen are just terrible teams all around. :dontknow:

Well, Bremen will play us on Saturday and we haven't won there for over 20 years.

Should be something like Plague vs. Cholera given that we've also lost all three of our games after the winter break.

Anyways, Kicker's reporting(in it's print version) that Ibrahima Traoré(Stuttgart) and Fabian Johnson(Hoffenheim) will join Gladbach this summer on "free" transfers.
They also report that Yann Sommer(GK/Basel) will shortly sign with us as well, being the replacement for ter Stegen.

Apparently, HSV tried to sack both coach van Marwijk and manager Kreuzer, but the 11 (!) members in the executive board could not get the two thirds majority (8) to fire either of them

About time they get relegated. Worst run club ever. It's a shame considering the massive financial potential a club from Hamburg could have.

I would so love to see them get relegated right before they finally pass HSV+ to get rid of that incompetent board.

That's pretty cool. I'm a big fan of Sommer, and if you picked up him and his team-mate Fabian Schar that would really help you continue to progress into a top tier club. Johnson would give Wendt good competition on the left, especially if Favre can get him to finally put it all together the way he did for Rafael.

Seems like Felix Magath might take over in Hamburg. Wont help them either.

Bayern just sold 8.33% of its shares to Allianz (the insurance that sponsored their stadium, the AllianzArena) for 110 million Euro. :o

New corporate structure:
75.00% Bayern Munich
8.33% Allianz
8.33% Audi (paid 90 million)
8.33% Adidas (paid 75 million)

Well, if Bayern decides to buy a private aircraft carrier, you know how...

Frankfurt - Dortmund 0:0 after 60 minutes, hard and intense match. Zambrano "The Elbow" is insanely lucky not to be sent off.

While Hamburg is a total chaos, Bayern Munich just announced that Allianz SE acquired a 8.33% stake in the club for €110m.

Allianz becomes the third strategic partner of FC Bayern München AG after adidas and AUDI. As part of a capital increase the three shareholders will each hold 8.33 percent of FC Bayern München, while the club will still remain the main shareholder with 75%.

That's a really big day for Bayern Munich. They can not only pay down the club’s remaining obligations (mainly rest of Allianz Arena building costs) and will be debt free, additionally they can build they can reconstruct the youth and junior facility.

That is years ahead of the original planing and will enable Bayern Munich to spend even more money. What a management!

Funny that Munich and Hamburg have a match tomorrow.

Aubameyang heads the important 1:0, 82th minute. Dortmund was picking up steam, you could feel it coming.

Zambrano is one of the dirtiest players in Germany but for some reason he never gets sent off.

He was annoying as hell yesterday. I'm glad Dortmund won that game.

Btw, I can't believe it took me almost one year to find out that RealGM has a soccer board

With our "luck" in the drawings, I am totally sure that we will get the worst possible game in the semis (vs Wolfsburg in Wolfsburg), but atm, life is good!!

In the meanwhile, Bayern is playing at mabye 40% but is still totally controlling HSV. 3:0 after 62 minutes.

Edit: Schweini is subbed in. First game after 3 months injury!
