Heard Aquaman might actually move to Fiorentina.
There's the constant rumor of Tevez to Inter.

Milan beat Inter 2-1 in the supercup. Sneijder scored a sweet free kick, Ibra and Boateng for Milan.

First Palermo, now Roma crash out of Europa League far too early. I didn't expect either to get past group stages, but that's just embarassing.
Luis Enrique is already learning what a big mistake it can be to get on Totti's bad side

That secures our 4th CL-spot.

Shaping up to be a great game. I'm surprised by the lack of width for Milan but Aquaman is playing well.

Inter up 1-0 over Palermo. We've looked underwhelming thus far though and while I like the effort zarate puts in he really hasn't done much of anything. Our problem is always the same though, no wingers to speak of. Not sure this is our year to usurp our high spending stadium-mates.

what a game. Ended 4-3...brilliant free kick by Miccoli and then a great strike by Pinilla to give Palermo the win. Sneijder is amazing for Inter, but he could use some more help. I was surprised that they only had a few buys this year after selling Eto'o.
Milan seems to be comfortably ahead of everyone. Lazio, Juve, Napoli all look like they'll be challenging Inter in what's going to be a crazy race for Champions League this year, with only 3 teams going from Italy. Good to see Juve and Lazio make some smart transactions over the summer.
And I have to mention how well Juve played today

4-1 over Parma. Pirlo still is one of the best. Vidal, Krasic, Vucinic all came off the bench today....first the first time in a while my squad is deep and real talented in all positions.

Great FK by Miccoli, I agree, but it should have never been that close to begin with. Our strikeforce looked underwhelming and other than Sneijder and sometimes Obi there was very little creativity in the midfield. Ugh looks like a long season for Inter.

did anybody watch the Roma-Cagliari game and think the ref was a bit harsh in how quickly he sent off Angel?
also, just my opinion, but Bojan will not make it for Roma, and i really feel bad for him, because Barca certainly wouldnt want him back either. i know i shouldnt judge him off of one game, but he was just so average, he reminded me of Menez with less confidence to take players 1on1.
Angel already looks amazing though, i can see why Barca were interested in him, he was probably our best player before getting sent off. I really like Pjanic as well, he seemed to link with Totti very well, its just going to take him some time to get used to the pace of Serie A. Love the new owner and the youth movement he and Luis Enrique are instilling into our team, im excited to see what Lamela and Kjaer look like.
part of me is dreading the Inter game, but part of me is excited as well. hopefully LE will stop trying to play Osvaldo out left and actually play a winger instead of a striker out wide.

glad to see we have another Serie A fan.
I missed the Roma game but am really looking forward to Saturday vs Inter...two high profile teams off to poor starts going up against each other.
Angel was a great pick up. They haven't been too strong at left back for a wile. I've never been sold on Bojan even while he was at Barca. I am loving Borini though, the kid is gonna be a star soon.
They did a great job this summer, getting Pjanic, Angel, Osvaldo, Lamela, Kjaer, Stekelenburg, Borini, Bojan, Gaga, Heinze...with most of those guys being pretty young.
I think it'll just take some time for Enrique to get them going, but the team's got what they need to develop and have a great future
