you're comparing 4 year period vs. 12 year period so this is not fair comparison. i would still take Brazil if we consider the peaks, they were bit more dominant and stacked. won the 62 tournament virtually without Pele.

While no one (rightfully so or not) will ever surpass those Brazilians.
IF Spain was to win a 3rd straight major tournament.....wow. They would have to be put into a list with the TOP10 Futbol teams of All Time
