Wow I didn't know Ozil was so young. He's definitely the best on that list right now.

Ozil's 24 in 3 weeks, but regardless I think you've also got to consider Bale and Muller as outside shots but guys in the mix. Neymar/Ozil/Hazard/Gotze are in my top 4 for sure (in some order), unsure about that fifth guy.

It's obviously a lot harder to rank defenders and goalkeepers, I've heard great things about Ter Stegen at Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Ozil, Hazard, Gotze are all for sures. Haven't seen much Neymar other than clips, not that crazy about Balotelli.

Joe Hart? Or is he too old now?

Futbol Finance did make a list of their top 30 most valuable young players. Top five was Neymar, Gotze, Balotelli, Hazard, and Wilshere. Other notables that haven't been listed were Phil Jones, De Gea, Ramsey, Chamberlain, Thiago, Eriksen, M'Vila, Walker.
