Mexico is clearly the favourite, with the US a close second.

I wouldnt say Mexico is heavily favored. They'll be sending their 'B squad' as their top squad will be in Brazil for Confederations Cup. It'll be close tho. Love that Rio Tinto is getting two USA games this summer.
