Football's just finished and now we have a long summer ahead of us, to kill time I suggest we play draft a football team. Suggestions so far has been 3 judges, x amount of team depending on who wants to participate. I would prefer to judge this, but if there isn't enough participants I would participate.

Starting XI with either 5 subs, 7 subs or no subs. I'll make a poll for that, first to 5 votes win that poll?

Draft will consist of a minimum of 12 rounds depending on subs, this will also include the manager. Active players and managers only (sorry United fans). You can also make up your team name if you want

Play-offs with head to head polls is how we decide the best team, this way there's no need for judges since it's more of a general consensus

Votes should be based on how well the team would work together, and how the manager's tactics would help and how well it would fit with their team. Literally, best team wins.

Any other suggestions?

That's a great suggestion, I actually prefer this so everybody can be participants

With the first pick in the 2013 Realgm Football Team Draft, the Turkish Merkins select BURAK YILMAZ from Galatasaray SK

Id be in. EPL only though?

I would prefer less subs. Maybe 3, one for each line on the field (Attacker, Midfielder, Defender). 5 is fine though in the end.

BTW, am I guessing both of you want to participate?

I assume the overall team is being evaluated rather than just the sum of the players? This would include the formation and the manager's tactics and man-management skills?

Yes, it's a head to head vote from the entire board based on the team, how well they work together and how the manager's ideology would help utilise what's at his disposal including formations and other tactics should this board decide. Literally the best team wins

Subs would allow for tweaking before each match-up. That sounds cool
